Frans Captijn

%For more than eight years, he studied and practiced meditation, philosophy, personal development, organizational development and change, life and talent coaching, in Holland, Belgium, Europe, and Thailand. He is a host, catalyst, and certified life coach and talenteer at the regular Captijn Insight work-programs, retreats, and workshops; ‘Catalyst in developing tranquility and insight to get new sustainable flow in life, love, family, career, and work’ in Thailand.

Gaelen Hanson

As a former professional dancer and critically acclaimed choreographer, she brings to her yoga teaching a wealth of kinesthetic experience and physical training including body mind centering, Alexander technique, skinner release technique, Thai yoga massage, and more. Gaelen’s unique yoga teaching style also combines aspects of Vini yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Iyengar yoga, and her thoughtfully choreographed classes focus on body awareness and emphasize the flow of breath as a tool to bring you into a state of dynamic presence.

Neil Jefferson

Neil has trained extensively in different styles of yoga, including Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Anusara, and Sivananda. He brings to his classes a unique fusion of the many teaching styles and teachers he has studied with. Neil has received 200-hour certificates from SVYASA (2007), and the Teacher Training Certificate (TTC) (2008), followed by the 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training Certificate (ATTC) (2010) from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres, based in India.
