Program

Immerse yourself within the beauty of Australia's iconic Snowy Mountains. The slower time, open space, inspiring landscape and restorative energies of the mountains will leave you feeling aligned and re-connected with yourself. Join Claire Charters from The OM Collective and Botanical Trader for a soul renewing yoga and wellness retreat in the beautiful alpine town of Jindabyne, cradled at the base of the New South Wales Snowy Mountains.

A supportive and restorative retreat designed to encourage energetic shifts and inner transformation, with a focus on yoga, meditation, self-empowerment, and nutrition to help restore, rebalance and re-inspire both physical and emotional health and wellbeing. Come and experience yoga in the Snowy Mountains and breathe in the fresh mountain air - the ideal place to unplug, slow down and get back in touch with what truly matters.

The twice-daily yoga classes are geared for all levels and are designed to be a sacred and healing space to help you align and re-connect back with your body. Classes are slow and mindful with a focus on body awareness and appreciation.

The yoga classes are themed around expanding your own self-empowerment by practicing acceptance, surrender, gratitude, forgiveness, love, and manifestation. You will leave feeling lit-up, energized, inspired, and equipped to make conscious lifestyle choices that will nurture, heal and grow your mind-body-spirit.

During the retreat, you will

  • Get a deeper connection and understanding of your own personal mind-body connection through physical yoga asana's - everyday we dedicate two and a half hours to yoga which will strengthen both your mind and body whilst opening up all blockages to allow negativity to flow out of your body and love/inspiration/light to flow into your body
  • Learn about the philosophy of yoga
  • Practice meditation daily and learn a few different techniques including some traditional sitting meditation and some meditation in the movement including Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing)
  • Re-discover mindfulness and learn various different mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind and live more fully in the present moment
  • Gain emotional awareness and how to better understand the working of your mind, its limiting thoughts, and beliefs and how to transcend them to achieve more peace and self-empowerment
  • How to better deal with pain, stress, anxiety, and fear - you will also cover the basics of EFT tapping
  • How to connect with your whole being through food, movement, meditation, mindfulness, creativity, kindness, acceptance, love, and manifestation
  • How to create a more conscious, healthier, happier, and mindful life
