You will be needing a computer with a stable internet connection for Zoom in order to join the live online classes and a notebook to take notes.

Timing of sessions/schedule (UTC -6)

This is a two-month wellness program that focuses on personal transformation, inner growth, new daily habits, and overall well-being. You will meet with Nat once a week, focusing on a different topic. You will also be guided through virtual yoga classes, meditations, and Oracle guidance readings.

There will be a total of 8 1-hour virtual coachings and 2 30-minute virtual card readings. You will also receive 8 45-minute online yoga lesson videos and 8 audio meditations.

You will receive one yoga video per week. Each class is 35 to 45 minutes long and structured to provide you with a nice balance of physical movement, meditation, and intention setting.
