After a walk along the white-sand beach in Ipanema, the day begins with the morning routine of pranayama. Asana and meditation to prepare the body and mind.
A practical asana clinic where you walk through alignment, safe modifications and adjustments. In this interactive class, you pair up with classmates for on-the-spot teaching.

The class begins with a short meditation to refocus the mind before diving into the rich history of the the classical yoga scriptures like Patanjali's yoga sutras, Gheranda Samhita< Shiva Samhita, Baghavad Gita among other sacred texts.
