This program brings a "Back to Basics" holistic approach to natural health and balance through a blend of osteopathy-craniosacral therapy, Regenerative Integrative Therapy®, BioNeuroEmotion®, coaching, yoga, meditation, nutrition, and Aroma and Flowers therapy.
What's inside, it's outside, what's above, it's below: Life is a continuous mirror. When you start understanding all this, you'll begin to understand how this universe works and you can start flowing and co-creating with life from a place of "Trust, Wholesomeness, and Love".

We won't be providing you with the right answers, but most certainly, with the right questions.
Villa CaraVane B&B is a traditional Andalusian villa, fully welcoming, warm, and cozy, you'll feel just like home away from home. The lovely couple that runs the place, Vanessa (half French, half Spanish) and Riccardo (from Tuscany, Italy), bring together this beautiful bed-and-breakfast full of love, care, attention, and magical moments for their guests! You will be staying on the first floor, enjoying full privacy in your double room and private bathroom.
Vanessa and Riccardo and their lovely doggie live in the place so you'll have them nearby for anything you may need during your stay. There is one more room on the ground floor that may have one or two guests during the time of your stay. They won't be part of the retreat, as this is an individual private program just for you.
The best expectation is no expectation, but you'll have a lovely bedroom with a balcony, facing south and the sea, a very comfy bed to enjoy long nights of great sleep, a very relaxing atmosphere, feel-good and laid-back vibes, a tropical garden to lay down and enjoy tones of green and blue, a swim in the pool or in the Mediterranean at the beach of La Perla, just three minutes' walk from the villa, a genuine oasis to disconnect and reconnect.
They will take place mainly in the Therapies Room on the ground floor. You will meet Alex there every morning for your consultation and treatment. You will meet Charo there every afternoon for your daily consultation and session with her. You may also get out to the garden if the weather allows for it, for some of the sessions.
The Life Rhythm® really is the rhythm of all that it is, it's the pure consciousness and intelligence that gives life to everything in this Universe. The Life Rhythm is a concept and the result of years of curious research from Alex and Charo. They both worked separately in the search of the real nature and meaning of health, balance, homeostasis, and ultimately, the meaning and nature of life.
When they came together, they started sharing their views and complementing the view of one another. They continue to work separately and alongside each other and they gave birth to the idea of "The Life Rhythm".
Alex & Charo work on the basis of the understanding of the intrinsic and intertwined relationship between the different rhythms in the "Physical Body", the "Mental Body", the "Emotional Body", the "Energy Body" and the integration of the parts as a whole opening to the Creative Energy or Life Rhythm.
They'll hold the space for you to feel calm and secure. They'll support you in co-creating the conditions for you to be able to tune inside, connecting with your inner Body Wisdom.
Once inside, you can start connecting with your inner rhythms and from there you can connect with the Life Rhythm, as a path towards deep Wellbeing.
You’ll be provided with a personal form for you to fill out with overall and specific health personal information and habits. The content of your program will be organized based on the information that you'll share with Charo and Alex and will be a program fully ad-hoc for you.
When we have a routine and drastically reduce the number of daily decisions we need to make, we simplify life and give our mind a break where it can rest and restore. In order to bring your mind and nervous system to a state of rest and digest, every day of your week during the program will be organized according to the same schedule.
With the same purpose, it'll be recommended to switch off your phone to reduce the amount of external information and "noise" throughout the day, and if you need to communicate with the “external world”, you can set up a time of the day where for 20 minutes you’ll give yourself the time to do so.
On your free time, it'll be highly recommended for you to indulge yourself in real free time, just “being” in the present, rather than taking on any task that requires “doing”. Nice mindful walks, swimming in the pool, meditation, or simply seating and watching the clouds are some nice things you can take on during your free time.
After your five-day program, on Saturday, you will have a day to fully land after the experience, ground yourself, relax, and do whatever you feel like doing before heading back home on Sunday.
Mindful eating: Bring purpose to the table, feeling gratitude for each one of the ingredients that you’ll ingest. Eating is a time for a sacred offering to the temple that your body is and the soul that embodies it, yourself. Take this time as a sacred time, enjoy it, live it, breathe it.
You’ll be provided with a post-program detailed personal form that you'll need to fill out with your own insights and impressions, and afterward, you will get a written body of personalized conclusions and recommendations. Alex and Charo are both available for any further questions you may have or anything you may need from them once the program has come to an end.
Dreamer, Believer, Achiever, certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki practitioner, Naturopathic Nutrition therapist, student of nutrition from the Eastern perspectives of Ayurveda and Macrobiotics, passionate student of Meditation, the mind, astrology, eastern philosophies, and the meaning of Life. Charo feels enormously grateful to yoga: "It's a lifetime journey! Living with a higher understanding of the Self and higher levels of awareness is just wonderful, it makes life a lot more beautiful and wholesome!". She's currently training in TIR® (Integrative Regenerative Therapy) and as a life coach.
D.O.Osteopath, massage TIR® and manual therapies facilitator, international certified therapist in craniosacral, a specialist in BioNeuroEmotion®, aroma and flowers therapist. Osteopathy teacher with over 15 years experience in Barcelona and South of Spain. Alex has received endless words of praise about his work from his teachers, his students, and his patients. In present times, Alex runs his own Health Centre, “Cuerpo Sabio”, in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, where he has, with his unique approach, successfully treated hundreds of patients with a myriad of conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
Benalmádena, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, counts with 325 days of sunshine every year, so you're likely to get plenty of Vitamin D during your stay! Being a very popular touristic area, only 20 minutes away from Málaga Airport, you will find a little secret oasis of peace in Villa CaraVane B&B.
Benalmádena is most known for its sunshine and its blue Mediterranean coastline, however, what many don't know is that it is home to one of the biggest Buddhist Stupas in Europe with 33 meters tall, providing the area with its genuine energy of peace, prosperity, and harmony.
When you look north from the garden in Villa CaraVane, you'll get a view of the stunning south face of the white and golden Buddhist monument that celebrates meditation and enlightenment.

We are what we eat and that also involves how we feel when we eat it. A great meal in a bad mood can result in indigestion, if for instance you can't digest a piece of news and you bring that to the table, you won't be able to digest your food either. A not-so-good meal in a blissful mood can result in the best meal you've ever had! Foods that normally don't go well in you, can be easily digested instead when you're on holiday, just because your body is more relaxed.
Ideally, you want to have a balance of good quality meals with a balanced state of mind and emotions when you sit at the table. The table is not a place for meaningful or deep conversations and discussions, the table is a place to feel grateful for the ingredients and the foods that you're ingesting, to be mindful of how you eat, how much you chew your bites, a place to enjoy the experience of eating with a mindful approach, smelling, feeling, and tasting our food and drinks, and maybe if you're in company, accompany all that with a light simple and nice conversation.
During your stay, The Life Rhythm program will create a peaceful and chilled space for you to "rest and digest". This laid-back space will also involve food and the times for eating your food. The meals you will eat during your stay will be all homemade with much love and care by the experienced hands of Vanessa. You can expect a blend of traditional Italian, French, and Spanish cuisine.
The delicious meals and the time spent around food will support you in your process during your program. Food will be yummy, vegetarian, with locally sourced ingredients where possible, and it'll be adapted to you, to your constitution, to each season, and time of the day.
You will enjoy three daily delicious homemade meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or alternatively, brunch, afternoon snack, and dinner if The Life Rhythm feels it's necessary for you to enjoy some periods of intermittent fasting. The Life Rhythm won't be serving fancy foods, but soulful foods imprinted with much love. Get ready to let yourself and your gut be pampered!
