The houses on the property are all artfully and tastefully furnished and decorated with careful attention to detail. Every room is uniquely beautiful with impeccable Feng Shui. It offers two of the most beautiful and spacious yoga halls in Europe, a dedicated massage room with skilled massage therapists, and many gorgeous communal spaces like the pool, dining and living areas to just relax and hang out in. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, office supplies, and anything else that might be needed during the retreat.

Please note that you will have the choice of a standard room or a superior room only during the December retreat. The standard room has either a twin or a double sized bed while the superior room has a double sized bed.

If a guest does not want to share a room, it would be advisable to book a superior room. If you're coming on your own and would like Destination Yoga to find someone to share with you, they would be happy to do this.

There will be 2 daily classes with one afternoon off to explore the region. Each morning will begin with meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by a stronger practice. The afternoons will be a combination of workshops and deep restorative work, depending on the needs of the group. There will be one afternoon off mid week so that you can explore the surroundings and take a little more rest. As always the classes are optional (and open to all levels and abilities; pregnant people too) so you can do as much or as little as suits you. It's designed to be a yoga holiday that will leave you feeling nourished and boosted in every way.

  • Elisa de Grey

Encouraged by her mother who thought she needed to learn to relax, Elisa first dipped into yoga over 12 years ago. Elisa's dynamic Vinyasa classes are designed to stimulate self-inquiry and to challenge students’ perceptions of their capabilities. The classes are flowing, with an emphasis on technical precision and asana analysis. Balanced with this she creates plenty of space to explore pranayama and meditation. Re-learning to relax is an integral part of overall health, so Elisa always tries to incorporate some restorative yoga. Elisa will be teaching on December 28, 2016-January 4, 2017.

  • Kristi Rodelli

A certified Forrest yoga teacher, Kristi’s classes are strong, grounded, inspiring, and based on the four pillars of Forrest yoga: strength, breath, integrity, and spirit. She traveled to Hong Kong and China in 2003, where she explored more deeply the physical, emotional, and spiritual practice of yoga. Kristi teaches in yoga studios in London and Europe and assists Ana Forrest in trainings and workshops around the world. She believes in working hard but working mindfully and offers modifications for different levels and injuries, sharing compassionate hands-on assistance.
