Harriet Cherry
A 350hr REP and a lover of movement, Harriet's classes allow you to fully reconnect your body and breath, finding a sense of meditation by focusing on how your body feels in each posture. She knows how to adapt to the class, and connects with each person individually so that you can get the most out of your practice. She likes to go further than just holding a posture or practicing a movement, you will understand the deeper details of why your body might feel a certain way, or how to use the breath to aid you. You’ll also hear a lot of laughter in classes with her too!
