"Wonderful week"

Both Pilates and Yoga classes were carefully planned, perfectly challenging and included personal coaching. Before I had done pilates for a year and now I'm really excited about both Helen's pilates and Eric's yoga. And to crown all, we enjoyed delicious food and warm atmosphere. I'm definitely going back again.

"An oasis of well-being."

A retreat located in beautiful surroundings.

Eric and Helen are two beautiful persons that have an impressive knowledge about the body and it's functions and possibilities. They are generous and dedicated.

With their professional guidance I started to do exercises again that I didn't think were possible after a back injury.

The food was delicious and the dinners together were a highlight.

This place is a little paradise and I warmly recommend it without any hesitation!

L'accueil, la vie très familiale, la qualité des cours, le rythme, le calme de l'endroit, les ėchanges et discussions lors des repas, les plats vegan proposés. Partage avec beaucoup de gaieté.

Helen et Eric sont des professeurs enthousiastes, très pédagogues qui expliquent avec patience et poussent à progresser. C'est leur point fort sans aucun doute !

Thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent teaching in Pilates and yoga. We took our bodies to places we probably never thought they would go, Helen, and thank you both especially for the attention to our acute back problems; your sessions helped us understand how to help ourselves and understand we can do more than we think! Eric, I am thrilled to have done a handstand! Eric, the food was delicious. The setting is idyllic and we both feel rested and rejuvenated with renewed focus to take back to our busy lives. I hope I can come back again!
