As yoga lovers, The Feel Good People couldn’t find yoga holidays that were quite what they wanted. They were after retreats that combined energizing yoga with delicious food and great company, all in beautiful settings and for affordable prices. In short, they wanted retreats to make people feel good. So, they decided to create them themselves. The Feel Good People doesn’t mind whether you’re vegan, veggie, or a carnivore, and have never set foot in a yoga class or you practice at 05:00 every morning since The Feel Good People's classes are suitable for all levels.

Some people want action-packed days, while others prefer lounging in the hammocks, and both are great. The Feel Good People will provide yoga classes, delicious meals, and workshops. What you do with the rest of your time is completely up to you. During this yoga retreat, you will enjoy dynamic, flowing morning yoga classes and either Yin, Restorative, or Nidra yoga sessions in the evening. You will also learn how to perform Thai yoga massage and make raw chocolate truffles in The Feel Good People's workshops.

  Happiest when moving, teaching, and practicing yoga, Jade is passionate about sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Having taught at retreat centers all over the world, she is now established as an independent yoga teacher in Nottingham running classes, workshops, and private sessions. As an advanced yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training, her classes are expertly balanced - they can be dynamic, strong, and energizing, or peaceful, restorative, and chilled.

  Karen is passionate about creating healthy food that’s full of flavour. Using local, seasonal produce while taking inspiration from her travels around the world, Karen makes delicious vegetarian food. She always prepares meals that are nourishing, sustaining, and delicious. Karen’s food is the ideal fuel for yoga and a real highlight of the holiday in itself.
