Beginning in 1999, Tina embarked on a journey to learn the art and science of yoga. Simultaneously, she studied to become a licensed massage therapist (LMP). Her early focus was on Hatha yoga and the 5 Tibetan Rites, along with deep meditations of OSHO’s Dynamic & Kundalini. And she did Master Yoga Teacher Training modules with Shiva Rea and Ana Forrest.
