Join The Calm Collective for a luxurious seven-night yoga retreat designed for yogis of all levels, set against the picturesque island backdrop of Ithaca, Greece.

Each bedroom has a unique identity and beautiful decorative touches that will make you feel both inspired and comfortable. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning, wood-paneled ceilings, and views across the Ionian sea towards Kefalonia, with a private or shared terrace.
The Mongolian yurts are light and airy inside, sleeping one to two people. They are fitted with comfortable beds with mosquito nets, coco-mat mattresses, standing fans, and ensuite bathrooms. Pathways and steps provide access to the yurt platforms, each with outdoor seating, positioned high among rocks and trees with beautiful sea views.

Katherine is an educator with a passion for science, movement and human potential. Her first foray into the world of Eastern spiritual traditions began as a teenager, with an intensive practice in martial arts. She earned a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, and excelled in a variety of challenging technical roles for over a decade. After years of dedicated training in yoga and meditation, Katherine left the corporate world and co-founded a professional yoga school in Bali, where she has guided thousands of students through immersive yoga and meditation teacher training.
Rachel is a retreat leader, yoga instructor, and somatic coach based in Rome. She has lived in Italy for over 15 years, serving clients as an expert in the boutique and luxury tourism sector. She has completed over 350 hours of yoga teaching education including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, 5rhythms Dance, Yin, Restorative, and Myofascial Release. Her retreats combine a unique understanding of Italian culture with a commitment to facilitating deep, embodied experiences. In her free time, she writes and reflects extensively on the long-standing connection between Italy and the global wellness movement.
Itha 108 is located on the island of Ithaca, overlooking the sea and the eastern coastline of neighboring Kefalonia from an elevated landscape of olive trees and exposed rocks. Its natural beauty speaks for itself. An emphasis on indoor-outdoor living ensures full use of the land and its treasures that extend to sweeping and hidden beaches below.
Itha 108 sleeps 21 guests across varied accommodations. Six luxury double bedrooms are in the main house and places of sanctuary staggered up between rocks, forestry, and winding walkways. The many social and quiet spaces allow guests to enjoy the landscape and relax.
There are two spacious yoga shalas: one indoor with natural light, and one outdoor, shaded by trees overlooking the sea.
