Ever feel like you never get a minute’s peace? Constantly surrounded by people making demands on your time; your family, your friends, your partner, your colleagues? Don’t worry, you aren’t alone. The demands of modern-day life can be overwhelming; running a firm, working a highly pressurized and demanding job, focusing on your career and 'climbing the ladder', taking care of your home and your family, participating in social commitments. Whatever your lifestyle demands, you need to make sure you don’t burn out. Taking time for yourself is vital. Here at BusyBuddha, they craft unique experiences with busy professionals and corporates in mind. Each retreat is a perfect blend of mindfulness, resilience, and wellbeing experiences, carefully curated through meditation, yoga, breathwork, executive coaching, and expert guest speakers. Their aim is to enable you to take time out, rest, reset, and gain valuable tools and techniques that you can use long after the retreat has finished.
The BusyBuddha Retreat offers a stay in luxury accommodation whilst still experiencing the grounding and balance that both meditation and yoga can bring. Whilst mindfulness and mental fitness are at the heart of the retreats, it is delivered in a non-secular, modern-day way, that relates to you and your lifestyle. Their aim is to enable you to take time out, rest, reset and gain valuable tools and techniques that you can use long after the retreat has finished.

This retreat is at the Coach House, Everleigh (Marlborough, Wiltshire). The Coach House is a stunning Grade II listed 18th Century Georgian Coach House set in the heart of the Wiltshire Countryside. You will be in a beautiful private location within easy reach of Wiltshire's most beautiful market town of Marlborough.
The Coach House has its own 1.5-acre garden and the whole site sits within the private 20-acre grounds of Everleigh Manor. The hamlet of Everleigh sits on the border of Salisbury Plain to the south and the North Wessex Downs to the North. Within five minutes of drive from the Coach House, you can park at the Plain, and guests have access to unlimited country walks, mountain biking, or running trails.
The Coach House has its own 1.5-acre garden and the whole site sits within the private 20-acre grounds of Everleigh Manor. The accommodation itself is stunning (as you will see from the pictures). The destinations are hand-picked to offer you the utmost comfort and relaxation during your stay. The BusyBuddha experience combines a luxury weekend away, with the grounding benefits of yoga and meditation.
It is The BusyBuddha Retreat’s ethos that you do not have to be a monk, abstaining from life’s luxuries, to understand and experience the life-changing teachings of yoga and meditation. They choose their accommodation from experience, knowing exactly the little life luxuries professionals look for, particularly when away from the comforts of your own home.
The BusyBuddha Retreat also has carefully chosen the location, to make sure you have the chance to reconnect with nature, experience mindfulness, and explore the stunning surroundings. You can trust that the destinations will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. You can simply have both! You will have the option of staying in either a shared room, a private double room, or even a private king room.
The BusyBuddha Retreat is different from other retreats. They create and facilitate retreats that have been tailor-made for busy working professionals, corporates, and business executives. You are at the center of everything you do, and The BusyBuddha Retreat has taken the time to understand your life and your work, and why you are here. You will be surrounded by mentors, teachers, and guests who understand you and your way of living - their bespoke retreats are made by professionals, for professionals.
Each retreat is a perfect blend of mindfulness, resilience, and wellbeing experiences, carefully curated through meditation, yoga, breathwork, executive coaching, and expert guest speakers. They combine the benefits of yoga and meditation with guest speakers who are experts in their fields (including corporate mindfulness and executive coaching) and fine dining that is as nutritious as it is delicious. The BusyBuddha Retreat recognizes that one of the primary reasons for attending a retreat is to enable some time for yourself.
During the retreats, there are many opportunities for you to take time out and choose what you would like to do. This experience is all about you, and getting exactly what you need. Whether that be sitting around the fire reading a book, taking a nap, going for a walk, or taking a dip in the sea. It is entirely up to you. As part of the BusyBuddha experience, you will also have some extra ‘you time’ experiences for you to choose from:
At the retreats, you can do as little or as much as you like - the experience is created with you at the center of everything they offer. And these added extras are all included in the price of your BusyBuddha experience.

All food provided on the retreats is carefully prepared by the resident chef, Pete, and his team, sourcing local Dorset ingredients and supporting micro and local Dorset suppliers alike. The award-winning, Michelin star trained chefs have worked at some of the finest establishments in the UK including Boodles London, Chewton Glen Spa, Dorset, and Royal Crescent Bath, to name but a few. This award-winning team adds unique sparkle and creativity to the bespoke menu to ensure you enjoy a memorable and personal experience.
The BusyBuddha Retreat offers organic fine food and does not expect any of the guests to abstain from alcohol or eat raw food - though of course this can be catered for you if it is your preference. Their main aim is for the guests to feel comfortable and welcome, and they, therefore, feel that making their ‘meat-eating guests’ change to a vegan diet for the weekend does exactly the opposite to what they set out to achieve. A forced diet can often make people feel excluded or apprehensive, and so they allow their guests to choose their own diet and just be unapologetically you!
