During this retreat, you will stay either in a private or a shared suite, twin room, or master suite.

Prior to your arrival, you will be given a full morning to night itinerary to tailor your experience according with your desire and focus. Pick a mix and a fixed program will be helpful to assist on your daily activities.

This retreat includes a morning Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class, an awareness of the breath or pranayama with meditation sessions, awareness and alignment of the badha or the internal support, Restorative evening yoga, sessions of TRE or Trauma Releasing Exercises, headstands and arm balance workshops.

Guests will be taken to watch the sunset at the ashram in the beautiful location of Cala Conta Beach. Additionally, you can unwind by the pool, stroll along the beautiful beach, have a massage, get your nails done, dine in or out, have a shamanic private session, and more! Do what you love and and don't forget to make a lot of new friends.

During this retreat, guests will be taken to watch the sunset at the ashram in the beautiful location of Cala Conta Beach.

    Cintia started her practice in 2008 studying in Brazil with DeRose, President of Honor in one of the most successful networks of self-development in Brazil, Portugal, and Argentina, with a good penetration in other European countries, and awarded numerous titles from various institutions around the world. Cintia teaches in North London where she is based, and Ibiza. Instead of trying to fit different people into standard positions, her students are encouraged to express themselves through their fullest ability.

This retreat will take place at Ibiza, Spain. Based in the beautiful Ibiza, you will be staying near Sant Jordi de Ses Salines, three miles from the airport, the downtown, the infamous Ibiza night clubs, and vast choices of restaurants that go from natural family business cafés to cosmopolitan classics. This paradise is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and re-energize.

Three daily vegetarian meals will be served during this retreat. The Blue House has an integrated and uncompromising food policy that include organic ingredients in almost every case, sourcing from world-class local small-scale artisan growers and producers, including superb organic and raw goat, sheep. and cow's dairy.

Organic sourdough bakers, chef's own sauerkrauts, ferments and pickles, all oils are cold-pressed and organic, celtic sea salt only, and a sugar-free kitchen are also part of the policy.

    "Blindly I lept at the opportunity for tranquility and experience, rolled into the beauty of a Somerset landscape. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect and actually this made it more interesting. Not having tried Yoga before was not really a problem and I am assured the feeling in my lower half will return soon. "

    "Cintia's retreat at 42 acres was such a treat, she really chose a perfect place for us to relax, reenergize and be nourished head to toe. The house itself is so welcoming, amazing bedrooms/bathrooms and cosy nooks to warm up and read with a cup of tea. The grounds were lush and had fire pits and a tree house to explore :) The food was exceptional, fresh, local organic, nourishing, and so tasty and by the end of the weekend the kitchen felt like home away from home. Andreea who cooked for us has some great recipes to share! It was a breath of fresh air (literally) to go with the flow and really enjoy the grounds and then dive into classes/workshops with friendly folk. Any level of yogi ability was catered for and the head/hand stand classes were so much fun and informative. I would really recommend Cintia's retreats, she welcomed us so beautifully and created a weekend for us that was relaxing, inspiring and full of laughter :) Thank you to all involved."

    "I attended this retreat on the advice of my sister and I did not know what to expect. As a busy, London-based academic, I rarely take the time to unwind or do anything just for me. I have taken some yoga classes but never consistently. I assumed that I was not a typical candidate for a retreat! However, I am so glad I decided to go on this one. The weekend was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I loved the yoga classes and I even managed to master a head stand for the first time. "

    "The weekend had a relaxed pace to it. Outside of classes I went for walks, took a long bath, chatted by the fire and just went with the flow and had fun."

    "I cannot imagine a more beautiful setting for a retreat like this. The rooms are wonderfully luxurious but the whole house has a natural, rustic feel to it, with stunning countryside and forests to explore. There is even a beautiful tree-house where you can sit and read a book! It felt like everything you could ever need was right there (including a fire pit with a big stack of logs waiting beside it). It may seem like an exaggeration but the food was some of the best I've ever eaten - wholesome, fresh, nourishing and comforting. Every meal was delicious and clearly made with love (and local, organic produce). I cannot recommend Cintia's retreats enough. She is a wonderful host and made everyone feel so welcome. I look forward to hearing what she will do next and I will certainly be going back. Thank you so much to everyone involved!"
