The holistic approach was exactly what I was looking for & the weekend was perfect. From the moment I arrived & walked through the door I was made to feel totally welcomed & nothing was too much trouble.
The yoga was challenging - & this was what I needed - but Simone was so good at building my confidence & correcting gently - exactly what I wanted as I tend to learn yoga on my own & knew that my postures needed tweaking. Learning relaxation & meditation was really helpful & hints to empty the flitting thoughts were very useful!
The well-being & nutrition sessions with Nix were excellent too, as she has a huge amount of knowledge & freely gives out so much information both for individuals & the group. Nix is also a brilliant cook, ably assisted by Simone & Sandra, so the food was totally delicious & nourishing.
Sandra is an expert masseur & great fun, so the massage sessions made my body feel wonderful & unknotted, but the accompanying laughter was good for the soul!
Sarah came to introduce us to mindfulness & was extremely intuitive and helpful with the one-to-one session afterwards. I feel I have moved forward & sorted some unresolved issues that were always lying just beneath the surface.
The venue couldn’t have been better situated in beautiful grounds with stunning walks. It was a pleasure meeting & sharing the weekend & getting to know the other participants - & enjoying Scottish sunshine!
