Certifications

Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance USA. The main areas that you cover in the program will be will be classified into five modules: Yoga teaching techniques, teaching methodology and yogic lifestyle, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and practice. Yoga training

Whether you plan to teach yoga professionally or simply further deepen your own personal practice, Thavathiru Yoga teacher training program will give you the solid foundation from which your skills can develop. Traditional Hatha, Yin, and the Ashtanga primary series will be studied throughout the course. Students will also have daily meditation, pranayama, and mantra classes. This training features a mixture of meditation, pranayama, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga primary series, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Aerial yoga.

Thavathiru Yoga was founded by Thiru, who has a vast experience in imparting lessons in yoga under its different forms and styles. He is a certified yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance International India. His yogic art forms come out as a combination of Ashtanga, Shivananda, and Hatha yoga. He is a strong yoga philosopher and experienced Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Aerial yoga. He had experience corporate yoga training in IBM Chennai and many universities. Thiru attraction towards meditation became strong when he started to attend the Arutprakasa Vallalār Chidamba.
Anbarasu Jayaraman
Anbarasu (Anbu) holds a master in yoga at Annamalai University for his holistic approach to balance the body and mind by synchronizing the breath. He guides you through a conscious, mindful practice with a focus on breath and holding each pose to create balance, harmony, and clarity in life to get a deeper knowledge of asana and meditation technique.
Karthi J.
As a perennial knowledge seeker, Karthi holds a master in Annamalai University. He was born into a family of yogis who practice in the ancient style that characterizes the South Indian yoga tradition. He is a talented teacher as well as a teacher trainer and has been teaching for 20 years. Through expert adjustments and a deep understanding of asana, his students’ abilities, and injuries, he is able to push his trainees to the next level in their personal practice as well as their own teaching.

This yoga teacher training will be located in Le Ciel Homestay, Auroville Raod, Kuilapalayam, Tamil Nadu.
