Our Yoga instructor Somie Palliyaguru will advise the sessions based on Asana, Pranayama and Meditation as well as on the client’s personal requirements and symptoms. To achieve a fully beneficial session we concentrate on Asana (exercise), Pranayama (breathing), mental and physical relaxation, Ahara (diet) and Meditation. Separate Yoga sessions can be customized for beginners and advance level guests as well as for those with individual needs.
