Terramore is a non-profit association that provides an exceptional fusion of yoga, mindfulness activities, and community building in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by olive trees and oak forests. Their retreats are centered on the regeneration of the earth and the heart. You will have the opportunity to learn and engage in sustainable practices on their ecofarm while also participating in holistic sessions and circles that promote overall well-being.
During this retreat, you will be given a cozy tent with a comfortable bed and a clean outdoor common bathroom. The eco-retreat offers different areas where you can read, relax, and enjoy the beautiful views.
Activities may vary in a flexible way.
Beginners are welcome. The lessons are multi-level, so they adapt to different needs. If you can breathe, you can do yoga :-)

At Terramore, they function like a small family, with everyone playing an active role in ensuring that daily life runs smoothly and in harmony with both people and the environment.
If you have any special dietary needs, such as diabetes, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, allergies, or any other food-related requirements, please let Terramore know as soon as possible. They always strive to accommodate every guest's needs to the best of their ability. However, if you have a severe allergy, they want to remind you that every participant is responsible for their health and well-being.
During your free time, you will have the chance to book additional workshops (such as sound healing, natural cosmetics, aerial yoga, etc.) or participate in open space activities where everyone can collaborate and create together meaningful and enjoyable initiatives.

Just a few steps from the retreat, you'll find paths that wind through the nearby woods, offering the perfect opportunity to reconnect with nature and recharge your energy. For those who enjoy creative pursuits, there's plenty of time to indulge in hobbies like listening to music, drawing, writing poetry, or exploring artistic endeavors.
