The anti-aging and yoga retreat in Phuket, Thailand is a comprehensive therapeutic package developed to help you get your life back on the right track. The human body is like a clock - as the hands move round, we get a little bit older. Every second, millions of cells in our body die and are being disposed, while millions more appear and substitute them. This process is supposed to take place in harmony and balance, but it does not always happen the way it has been designed. Unfortunately, not all weak cells die and leave the body; some of them remain stuck and occupy essential space, using vital energies and preventing the rejuvenation of the body. A wide range of cleansing cocktails will be also available; they are used additionally for reaching better results. Using traditional Indian Ayurvedic herbal medicine based on natural ingredients, you will be very effectively and harmlessly helped to clean your intestines without dehydrating the body. One of the most effective parts of the treatment involves the use of live-giving water. During the retreat, regular water will be substituted with alkaline water, known for its therapeutic properties.

Sofya is studying under the guidance of R. Sharat Jois at Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Institute in Mysore, India - the place where Ashtanga yoga as a set or asana and pranayama practices was systematized and kept preserved. There in Mysore she was also studying Ayurveda, Sanskrit and ancient yogic texts. She was also trained and certified as Asana and Pranayama teacher at Tattvaa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. As a Yoga teacher Sofya is also registered with Yoga Alliance International. She is known for her warm and light way of teaching yoga, which creates a special atmosphere in her classes.
His passion to personal development brought him to meet and learn from different teachers in Europe, India, Russia, Kazakhstan and Thailand, over the years he has been exploring asana and pranayama practice, kriyas, meditation, ayurveda, reiki, su djok, cold water treatment and art of cooking health food. Rich is famous with warm and personal approach to the teaching of yoga. He is talented with a special natural vision of students needs which allows him to guide them in their practice in a right direction to achieve the best result on their path of yoga.

One of the most important factors that contribute to the successful completion of this retreat is food. A well-planned vegetarian diet can meet the needs of people of all ages, including children, teenagers and pregnant or breast-feeding women.
The retreat offers a wide range of meals based on the knowledge of the qualities of ingredients. Thus, you will be provided with mostly alkaline, Sattvic food. You are advised to pay special attention to this aspect, as following the healthy diet is a big step forward and failing to keep the diet due to a momentary weakness of will is big jump back!
