Overview

The 200 and 300-hour training focus on the development of your sacred consciousness. The school integrates the teaching of yoga and ancient wisdom tradition to form educational, comprehensive, and healing programs. With an open mind and an open heart, this training will not only provide you with the tools to become a better yoga teacher, but it will also support you and guide you through your transformation and evolution as a conscious being.

The 300 hours recaps elements of the 200 hours to bring new students up to speed with the teachings preparing body and mind for the latter progressions of topics and offering a complete study of physical practice, yogic energetics, yogic self-mastery, lifestyle, anatomy, and Yogic philosophy. All these major subjects work in an artistic collaboration to help individuals form their unique healing trail and empowered voice of healing in the world.

Delve deep into the practice of yoga, meditation, and pranayama to calm the mind, stabilize the emotions, and inspire the soul. The 300-hour training can be a life-transforming experience for an individual as it is not only intensive in the number of hours, but also the depth and content of the learning is of a more advanced level. 300-hour yoga teacher training is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that will give you an authentic experience of yoga traditional practice.

This training is also said to be the level two yoga teacher training course, which offers a complete study of physical practice, yogic energies, Yogic self-mastery, lifestyle, anatomy, and nutrition, and Yogic philosophy, which is an overview of the 200-hour progressions and topics. All these four major subjects work in an artistic collaboration to help individuals form their unique healing trail, and it is upon you to decide how it heals you as it is vast and diverse.

Your foundation practice each morning is Ashtanga Vinyasa suitable for all levels due to individualized attention. Variations and preparatory postures will be shown as well as the full expression of the postures so that each practitioner has a framework to practice optimally within. Handstand transitions throughout the sequence are also taught and are optional.

Methodology consists of learning practical hands-on adjustments of asana and developing your empowered voice as a teacher and guide. You will have the opportunity to teach daily and develop your own creative sequence. They will introduce self-mastery topics here also.

With a great focus on correct breathing, you will learn how to create freedom in your breath to access and remove tension, and how the correlation between alignment and ability to breath optimally are essential in yogic practice.

Meditation is taught with a focus on breath awareness during the physical practice to make each yoga class a moving meditation. This helps prepare the mind and body for seated meditation and pranayama. You will also be introduced to Mantra meditation and how to incorporate these into classes.
