Tanya started practicing yoga nearly 20 years ago. She has taken some training through breathwork about using mindfulness to help with health conditions. She took her teacher training with Shamash Alidina who has written a number of books. As her journey progressed, she realized that she wanted to learn more about the mind as well as the body and how the two connect. This is where she started to explore Mindfulness and meditation. She spent much time talking to a wonderful mindfulness teachers, Buddhists and attended numerous retreats. Their teachings deepened he interest and knowledge.
