Tanya started practicing yoga nearly 20 years ago. She has taken some trainings, through Breathworks, about using mindfulness to help with health conditions. She took her teacher training with Shamash Alidina, who has written a number of books.

    I took Tanya's eight- week mindfulness course recently. It was fantastic; lots of really good ideas and tips on how to live a more mindful life. We all get caught up in the small stuff and life passes us by. If you can learn to live in the moment, it brings so many benefits to your happiness, health, and those around you. I am still working on it, but the course gave me a fabulous start. Tanya is calm, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. I highly recommend this course and Tanya to everyone. I cannot imagine there would be anyone who would not benefit from it.

    Having completed the eight-week mindfulness course, I feel lucky to have found Tanya, whose skill, knowledge, and experience enabled me to learn skills that I can use on a daily basis. Because she walks the walk, as opposed to just talks the talk, she has inspired me to want to deepen and continue my practice, so I have now joined her retreat in September. Oh, and her yoga classes are rather wonderful, too! There is a reason why you have ended up at her website looking at her course, you are quite rightly doing your research to check that the investment of your time, money, and energy will be worthwhile. If the time feels right for you, then you will be in safe and skilled hands.

    Last night, I finished an eight-week mindfulness course with Tanya. Well, my journey was amazing! I have learnt so much, not only about myself but also the tools to help me through life and how to live a happy, peaceful, aware life. It was the best thing I ever did. Tanya is lovely and I made friends with some lovely people. I cannot explain it, but it has changed my way of thinking and helped with many things.     I have just completed Tanya's eight-week mindfulness course and it has probably been the best investment in myself I have ever made. I have been practicing little bits of mindfulness over the last few years and always loved what a positive impact it has made on my life. However, I never did any formal training or put it into daily practice. Tanya's course has given me the tools and understanding to bring mindfulness to everything we do and how to care for and be compassionate to yourself.     Having just finished Tanya's group class and 121 coaching, I wanted to share my experience for those of you toying with the idea of joining. I thoroughly recommend it and here is why. Although I had been meditating daily for a number of months, it was not until I started Tanya’s group classes and 121 coaching that I experienced some major breakthroughs.

    Tanya has really helped me to give up on resistance and accept and welcome whatever it is that comes into my life. I cannot explain how liberating it feels now that every day is not seen as a battlefield.

    Tanya is big on self-compassion and non-judgement, and this approach has really helped me to start loving myself and others in the face of adversity.

    A lot of the terms and references you hear in meditation talks and teachings will come to the fore with Tanya’s guidance. You really start to get a deep understanding of what it all means; an understanding that hits you in the core of your being, not the theoretical understanding that only the brain can offer. With Tanya’s guidance, I have experienced the joy of full presence, feeling that sense of curiosity and wonder that you so often hear mindfulness gurus speak of.

    Tanya is a wonderful mentor and guide who will help you to understand your own body and what it is telling you. More importantly, Tanya’s guidance will help you to actually listen to your body rather than the mind chatter that so often dominates in daily life. And the culmination of all this: it will help you to realize your own potential, whatever that may be. Since working with Tanya, I have got myself back onto the career ladder and started up my own blog in mindfulness and healing. Thank you, Tanya, you lovely lady!
