Tania Kemou
Tania has been practicing yoga for 15 years. Her main practice is Ashtanga. She travels every year to Mysore, India, to study with her teacher Sharath Jois, the grandson of the founder of Ashtanga yoga, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In her teachings she focuses on the quality of breath, allowing students to unlock the potential of their body and gradually get to calm the mind. She uses hands on adjustments to help students find correct posture and go deeply and safely into the poses. Tania teaches in Berlin, Paris and Greece.
