It is so wonderful to unplug from the many urgent demands of daily life and immerse in tranquility and peacefulness. Over this special long weekend, you will learn to meditate and practice mindfulness. You will be guided through early morning meditation and Pranayama to dynamic asana sessions in the morning and afternoon leading to more gentle and restorative practice in the evening.
The accommodation provided is on dormitory basis and will be at the Tamara Yoga Retreat Center.
The retreat will take place in Margaret River, Australia.
Daily brunch and dinner, as well as drinks and fruits are provided.
