Activities such as exercises, yoga and meditation sessions, sports and leisure activities, and health and lifestyle coaching are all conducted and guided by qualified health coaches, yoga instructors, and personal trainers who will help you reconnect with nature, set your goals, and restart your health journey. You will also learn to self-release tension and anxiety, and enjoy relaxation sessions which will surely give yourself that extra spark for truly amazing results.
Retreat itinerary
Day 1
Meet at the Continental House from 6 p.m. Find room and enjoy the home cooked dinner followed by the first of the workshops and a yoga and meditation session to help you sleep.
Day 2
Up early to do a sunrise walk followed by morning yoga and workshop afternoon kayak and walk activity that will aim to burn those calories and make you feel energized. Then time for rest and recreational activities, massage, or both. Retreat for an evening of board games. Some workshops on health, fitness, and physical and mental wellbeing will also be included today
Day 3
Morning relaxing yoga with a delicious breakfast, then a short walk followed by some stretching and relaxation.
