Ti Kaye Resort and Spa is often described as ‘inspired by nature’; each cottage is purposely built into the landscape, drawing from the beauty of its lush natural surroundings. Equipped with modern amenities and some unusual quirks, you are invited to unplug and indulge in the purposely built outdoor shower, dip in their personal plunge pool, or simply relax in the double hammock while watching the sunset from the balcony. Cottages offer postcard-perfect views and an intimate, private setting by design. You will be staying at their luxurious air-conditioned gingerbread ocean view rooms.

33 charming gingerbread cottages line the sloping hill, exuding rustic elegance amid nature. Each cottage has been purposely built to get stunning sunset views over the Caribbean sea and to afford an all-consuming, breathtaking view of the azure waters below. All cottages and ocean view rooms alike share certain aspects, including a private outdoor garden shower, an iPod dock, and a large balcony with a double hammock. With the shutters open, their design allows for the easy flow of air to keep the rooms cool, along with the ceiling fan, or the air conditioning can be switched on if preferred, and the shutters closed. Each cottage is accessible by a matrix of paths and stairs, which are lit up at night.

Retreat location

This retreat takes place in Ti Kaye Resort and Spa, located on the secluded Anse Cochon cove on the legendary island of Saint Lucia. This adult-only resort is perfectly nestled along the cliffside overlooking the serene waters, which hungrily lap the silver sand on the secluded beach below. Saint Lucia is a sovereign island country in the eastern Caribbean Sea, on the boundary with the Atlantic Ocean. Part of the Lesser Antilles, it is located North/Northeast of the island of Saint Vincent, Northwest of Barbados, and South of Martinique. Whether you’re looking to curl up on a hammock with a good book or prefer to head out on the water to explore, you’ll never run out of things to do on this tropical island paradise.
