I teach a dynamic sequence of Vinyasa Flow with elements of Ashtanga Yoga. I usually start with pranayama and mindful breathing. The exercises then build on each other and end with a short meditation. The most important thing for me is that all participants find their own rhythm, have fun and don't compare themselves with others. They are allowed to let themselves go in the exercises to relax their body and mind and find time to smile. Participants can expect a protected space in which it is possible to let go, recharge their batteries, feel free and try things out.

Romy, Dutch from birth, but traveling the world since 18 years old. After many journeys I have settled down in Alentejo, where I love to grow food and take time to slow down. During my travels I have learned a lot about yoga, yoga philosophy and the body, mainly from my time in India. By now I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin.
