You will be staying in the stunning Holwell Farm Retreat Centre set in five acres of North Devon farmland. The peaceful accommodation includes a beautiful farmhouse, private Yoga centre in a converted eco barn, holistic therapy rooms, arts space, and wild and wonderful grounds.

The location is 15 minutes drive away from the closest beach of Woolacombe and 25 minutes drive from Exmoor National Park. Accommodation options include double and twin rooms (only sharing rooms with those in the same bubble).

Program

You will start each day with an early rise and a mindful morning routine before moving outdoors to connect with nature. After lunch you will slow down and settle into an afternoon-long cookery lesson, covering topics such as plant-based nutrition and an introduction to spices.

The day will end with a relaxing Yin yoga or yoga Nidra class and a delicious meal shared with the group. The week has been designed to bring a nourishing routine to your life so that you leave us with knowledge of nutrition unique to your body and practices that will enrich your life.

This gorgeous location is surrounded by woodland and farmland for short local walks. The retreat centre is also 15 minutes drive away from the ocean and 25 minutes drive from Exmoor National Park. There is a wellness centre for massage and other treatments onsite.

North Devon is an area of outstanding natural beauty with a number of stunning national parks and coastal walks nearby.

Delicious vegan meals, including a light warming breakfast, a filling Ayurvedic-style lunch, and a roasted vegetable soup with freshly baked gluten-free bread. Snacks and hot drinks also included.
