The accommodation for this retreat boasts quaint Bali bungalows, villas, and deluxe accommodation with AC, internet, beautiful pools, amazing food, and friendly staff. There are rooms available for solo travelers as well as small groups, but space is limited. Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis.

This retreat will take place in Bukit Peninsula, Bali. It is strategically placed close to the most amazing surf destination in the world.

Swell Fit Living promises to supply plenty of beautiful sunsets, clean waves, nutritious meals, wellness workshops, yoga, and massage. You will be inspired, gain strength and flexibility, learn healthy cooking techniques, dive into yoga every day, and learn how to move your body using power and grace. You will get all of them while exploring the wonders of Bali.

During this retreat, you will have daily Power Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes. Also, you will experience a natural health care workshop titled "Live with Vitality" and one 15-minute private health consultation from Christina, a health coach.

It will be coming on to dry season in June and the temperature is a beautiful 88 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Christina hails from Breckenridge, Colorado and is best described as a yogi-athlete-wellness advocate with a healthy addiction to all things outdoors and bliss balls. As a goal driven person, she has experienced professional and personal success across a range of different sports from snowboarding, rock climbing, and mountain biking to rowing, SUP, and more. Yoga is the core platform that underlies not just her physical body but her personal outlook on life. She is a model of healthy living and her key professional ambition is to share her holistic approach to fitness through her business.

  • Kathleen Filo

    Kathleen is the host of the retreat and will also be leading all the Power Vinyasa morning sessions. Be prepared to embark on a playful journey of physical discovery, exploring your strengths and flexibility. She also is a full time yoga teacher at various studios around Porirua and Wellington.
