You will receive certification from Swasti Yoga associated with Indian Yoga Association (IYA).

How the training works

There will be 10 hours of 1-on-1 live sessions and resources to help you complete the training in 2 months and enable you to integrate philosophy and best practices of yoga in healthcare and teach with confidence.

You will be in WhatsApp yoga groups (Swasti Yoga Community) in order to clarify doubts and group yoga activities and study. All online material will be shared on Vimeo or WeTransfer.

The self-paced training is from 2 to 6 months. Courses are ongoing every 2 months. You can start at any time and work at your own pace in your free time and complete the course in 2-6 months.

Weekly sessions twice on Thursday and Sunday at 3.30 PM IST for doubt clearing and exam

2. Requirement/ Eligibility:

  • a. For open candidates there is no eligibility criteria
  • b. For admission in the course it is suggested/ desired that the candidate should be graduate in any health stream or have completed Basic Yoga Therapy Course.

3.Brief Role Description

Master Trainers in Yoga educational Institutions, Yoga training Courses and training programs. He or she can also act as Yoga Therapist under Medical professionals. Can teach in yoga studios, hospitals, Institutions of higherLearning.

The job requires individual to have good communication skills, time management skills and ability to understand the body language of the trainees.
