Pre-application requirements

Studets are required to have either of the following:

  • Level 1 Ministry of AYUSH
  • 200 hours of yoga teacher training course
  • 1-year experience in yoga

Your online tuition fee serves as a credit to attend any further course at authentic classical Swasti Yoga Center, Pune.

How the training works

The duration of this online course is not less than 100 hours or not less than 2 months as part-time. Direct contact hours are 10 hours and indirect teaching hours are 90 hours mark distribution is 200 with theory at 80 and practical at 120.

All live sessions will be recorded daily and will be shared with you the next day. If you can’t attend all online classes you can complete the course in your free time through recorded videos and all teachers will be connected with you throughout this course and guide you in this beautiful journey of yoga.
