Private Online Yoga Teacher Training

This is a short-term and 1-on-1 course so you have the flexibility to choose your comfortable timing in coordination with the teacher. The live sessions will be led by Dr. Vikas Chothe and the certified international faculty from Swasti Yoga Center and will last three hours per day. You may start any day from Monday to Saturday and upon completion, you will receive a certification from Swasti Yoga Center. After passing the Online yoga exam you will be certified by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), the only governmental body of its kind globally following ISO 17024 standards.

Certifications

Those who want to receive YCB certification from the Government of India will have to take an exam later arranged at Swasti Yoga in Pune (India).

How the training works

There will be 48 contact hours. This intensive fast-track course is a one-on-one program of 15 days duration. Self-paced is also available upon agreement with the teacher.

150 non-contact hours will be spent onswadhyay (self-study), yoga assignments, compilation, short online demo sessions, quiz, yoga competitions, mock exams, completing short tests, or short practices to teach.
