Our yoga teacher training is a will teach you how to teach safe yoga and help you to find the path into your personal practice. It is a great course full of interesting subjects with teachings from different perspectives of Yoga. It is based in Patanjali's 8 limbs of Yoga and runs as a live-in program, held in the spirit of Ashram life. We value interactive and experiential learning, and have developed a yoga teacher training curriculum that encourages each student to take an individual path within the group experience.
Students who take this immersion will learn how to choose what is appropriate for them, from all the styles and practices in contemporary yoga, by experiencing a daily routine that follows the energetic purpose of yoga disciplines. The ancient philosophy of Yoga tells us that the 5 Elements are at the core of yogic development, and our yoga teacher training will provide you with comprehensive guidance in how to approach your yoga path.
The yoga teacher training is held on a beautiful Andalusian style Eco-Farm. The property is situated on the edge of the Sierra Nevada National Park where you can enjoy a variety of local fauna and flora. At 1250 meters above sea level, this Centre offers the best of fresh clean mountain air and the southern Spanish summer sun.
This Eco-Farm has been adapted as a retreat centre with traditional Spanish accommodation, a natural mineral water swimming pool and two Yoga Shalas; one indoor and one outdoor. The main Yoga Room is spacious and has a broad view of the surrounding mountains. The accommodation rooms are simple, clean and comfortable, appointed in the same manner found in Ashram lifestyle, and there are single and shared rooms available.
We train 6 days a week, with 1 day off a week and we work around 8-9 hours a day. There will be 4 hours of practice and 3.5 to 4 hours for lectures, discussions, teaching practice, and other activities. Two nights a week we have both bhajans (devotional singing) and conscious cinema.

Andalucia is Spains southernmost region, stretching from the Mediterranean Sea in the east to the Portuguese border in the west. The main attraction of the landscape of Andalusia centers on its impressive contrasts: mountains and beaches, deserts and salt flats, plains and countryside where Mediterranean crops alternate with pastureland.
Between the highest mountains of Andalusia and the Mediterranean Sea, the Alpujarras is one of the most enchanting and beautiful regions of Spain and where our training will be. Our meeting point will be in the town centre of Orgiva, 25 kilometeres from the retreat center.
