"An authentic Ashram Experience "
MY 10 day Kundalini Tantra course turned into a 200 hour TTC. The ashram gave me exactly what I needed at exactly the right time.
Swami Samarpan is a great teacher, and also facilitates other teachers to come in to deepen your experience.
The ashram teaches traditional and authentic yoga and this is reflected throughout your entire experience. The ashram is very traditional and the facilities are basic. Karma Yoga is a big thing, so you will be expected to wash up, keep your room tidy, /help with cooking, and gardening. Swami Samarpan Saraswati and sent many of his years in traditional Ashrams studying with his Gurus, and has been on the spiritual path since he was 18 years old. This is what makes this ashram special. It's not fancy, or commercial. It's Real. A real Ashram Experience with a real swami, who is kind of a saint...if you're seeking a deep spiritual treating and space to realise your own truth, then this is the school for you. If your seeking a certificate, or lots of social activity, or to be catered for like a hotel... then I would suggest seeking other school. Remember, India give you what you need, not what you plan, expect of think you need! Remember that. If something is calling you then go with it.

"I do not recommand"
The head teacher was nice and tried everything that the non working Wi-Fi got fixed, he changed the time of the philosophy class for me as I was asking for it. The food was nice and the housekeeping staff did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

"Did not receive the course advertised "
The location was lovely, nestled into the hills. Swarmi Narayan is a good teacher of the theory and philosophy.

i liked my stay in this ashram, it is in an isolated spot so it was very quiet. i did the 200 hour program, i was alone, so i had all the teachers attention to myself which allowed me to evolve very fast, considering that i am a beginner. The food was very good as well.

"Satisfactory training"
The instructors provided good training. The Swamiji himself was not present for training duration. His presence is very important.

"Calm Ashram life experie"
The yoga instruction was phenomenal. The accomodations are simple, not a 5 star hotel. Simple bed, no AC but there is a fan in the room to keep you cool. The food is simple, nourishing and good. Ayurvedic massage is also available onsite with Swami Samarpan or a female therapist can be requested.
