Around your flexible practice relax and unwind in your own way. You can choose if you prefer your practice in the morning of evening. This is a self-catering yoga holiday, do as little or as much as you please. Suzanne is always available to help you plan the rest of your stay. Spend the days exactly as you wish. Soak up the sun on the terrace, relax around your finca, or explore the local area or the rest of the island.

The classes are a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin yoga. Followed by a meditation or yoga Nidra.

North Tenerife

The fincas are situated on a quiet estate in peaceful surroundings with views of Mount Teide and the Atlantic ocean, amidst a banana plantation in Icod de Los Vinos, North Tenerife. A short walk from the nearest beach at the port of San Marcos and Icod town center and a 25-minute drive to Puerto de la Cruz.

The north of the island offers a perfect combination of nature, culture, relaxation, and leisure. Known for showcasing the island's traditions and gastronomic delights, combined with the perfect temperatures all year round between 18 and 28 degrees; perfect for a relaxing retreat.

Icod de los Vinos

Perched majestically on the slopes of Mount Teide, bordering the towns of Garachico and La Orotava. With its highest point reaching 235 meters above sea level, this go-slow municipality is a natural viewpoint to the northwestern coast of the island.

Surrounding Icod de Los Vinos is a lush and fertile valley of dense pine forests. The lower regions are enjoying more natural sunlight while the higher altitude area produces more rainfall. Thanks to its mixed and unique climate, the weather is great for a land teeming with crops.

As such, the town is beautifully swarmed by banana plantations and vast vineyards. From the center, visitors can marvel at the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the majestic Mount Teide.

Just a 25-minute drive from Puerto De La Cruz, you can find North Tenerife's largest tourist and economic hub. Established as a fishing port in the 16th century, it has become a sought after destination throughout the year due to its wonderful beaches and consistently beautiful weather.

San Marcos

Puerto de San Marco, a volcanic beach surrounded by dramatic rocks and cliffs, a favorite among the residents and visitors of nearby Icod de Los Vinos and Puerto de La Cruz. The views here are lovely, especially in the evening as the sun goes down. In front of the beach is a cozy promenade where you can find several restaurants specializing in Canarian cuisine, Italian, and fish dishes. There are also cafés and bars to enjoy a light snack and drinks.

This is a self-catering holiday. Suzie will prepare your fridge and cupboards with some essentials and welcome goodies, including refreshments and ingredients for your first breakfast or brunch. Suzie is always available for advice on local places to eat and shop.
