You will leave with helpful advice, techniques, and recommendations in order to pursue your own personal practice and begin to build up an invaluable toolkit to support your daily life.
The name Gangama was inspired by the power and energy source of India’s mother Ganga; the most sacred river and a lifeline to millions, worshiped as the goddess Ganga. The founder, Tan Gangar, has explored a wide variety of yoga styles, philosophy, and teachings in order to build her own unique approach for women.
Yoga is the mind and body workout. It was originated in India many centuries ago and helps you to connect the breath to the body and the mind to the muscles. Therefore, through regular yoga practice, you can alleviate the menopausal symptoms and create balance and harmony throughout. Yoga is more than just a physical experience; it builds strength, detoxifies, and improves flexibility in the muscles as well as promoting inner stillness, peace, and a calmness of the mind.
Through regular yoga practice, your overall muscle tone will improve, your spine will become strong, supple and flexible, improving all the systems in the body, like digestion, skin texture, circulation, and in turn, strengthening your immune system giving you a stronger sense of confidence. The practices will be suited for beginners and intermediate levels.
