In the constant pursuit of knowledge and discovery, Noa has been a committed yoga practitioner for 19 years and a teacher for 6 years with over 30 yoga retreats organized. Noa has dedicated herself to studying and stoking her curiosity for yoga, somatic movement and fascia unwinding practices.Noa immersed herself in the world of Pranayama, meditation and studied the different disciplines of yoga in her YTT in Sivoham School in India. Noa strives to share her knowledge with her students by helping them gain more awareness in their bodies & breath. Her classes are fun, playful and creative.
