Lodging is provided at the peaceful comfortable Red Rock Abode in West Sedona, AZ. There are two private guest rooms within the Casita with one shared guest bathroom. Each room has luxurious queen bed, bedside table with reading lamp, relaxing chair, reading materials, mini-frig, electric kettle, basic dishware & mugs, reverse osmosis drinking water, tea assortment and instant oats. Helpful tips and resource book is also provided, as well as spa robe and towels. Please note - there is no wi-fi at the Red Rock Abode in order to encourage detachment and facilitating your peaceful inward journey. Also, no smoking in or around the Red Rock Abode.

Breanna found yoga in 99, really taking to it she dreamed of one day teaching. Dedicating herself to consistent Bikram practice six years, she then explored Power and Vinyasa Flow, as well as Iyengar, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin. After 10 years studying many styles of yoga, she obtained Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga teaching certifications. She is grateful for all her teachers, including Seane Corn, Shiva Rae, Tony and Michi in the bay area & Sraddhasagar of 7 Centers. Her teaching style develops strength, flexibility, balance & stamina, as well as psycho-emotional-spiritual evolution.
Adriana has studied many styles of yoga, including Ashtanga with Tim Miller and Hatha with Desiree Rumbaugh. Iyengar helped reﬁne her alignment skills. She started Yin yoga about seven years ago with Bernie Clark. Adriana is especially thankful for the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. Enjoying each moment and bringing meditation to whatever you are doing, sharing with students the profound experience of body, mind and spirit. Teaching yoga is an ultimate love. To share it with others brings her great joy!
Ruthann shares her passion and knowledge of yoga and movement to empower students of all levels by creating safe and motivating classes. She gained personal trainer certification in 2000 and studied exercise science in college. Initially drawn to yoga for new stretch and movement, it quickly became much more. Over the last 11 years she has pursued and been devoted to understanding the many facets of yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice. She is a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. She is dedicated to guide her students to become their own healers and masters.
Edward began his yoga journey in Long Island, NY. After chiropractics and conventional treatment were unable to help heal injuries from years of competitive athletics and bodybuilding, he began to seek healing elsewhere. Yoga was the first practice that opened the door toward long term health and wellness. After spending the summer of 2017 in Sedona completing his 200-hr training at 7 Centers Yoga Arts, life has never been the same. Since his training Edward has taught yoga at The Ka’anapali Resorts in Maui, HI and studios in Long Island, NY and now Sedona.
