Located 300 meters from the seafront of St. Julian's and a 10-minute walk from Sliema, Inhawi Boutique Hostel boasts an outdoor pool and sea views. The hostel offers accommodation in dormitory rooms. Stand up paddle boarding (or SUP)

SUP is recognized as being one of the fastest-growing sports across the world. Not only does it provide an amazing full-body workout, but it immerses you in a relaxing water-based environment. Paddling on a SUP provides great cardio and core toning, but adding yoga creates a whole other dimension to the sport.

SUP Yoga & Fitness Malta has combined yoga with the stand-up paddleboard element to teaching you to breathe, move, and be present not only on the water but in your everyday life. This unique exercise blend will help you build on your body’s overall strength, stability, and flexibility. Combining breath with movement on a floating platform, you’re sure to find moments of fun, laughter, and focus.

The classes are designed to cater to all levels, from those with no prior yoga or SUP experience to serious practitioners of both, who would like to leap into a dynamic, joyful, and safe yoga practice on the water.

Requirements

This course is designed for both current yoga teachers and non-teachers. If you are a yoga teacher, the teaching skills will come more quickly; but still, the technical way to teach, sequences, and water safety are all new to anyone. SUP Yoga & Fitness Malta does require you have a minimum of 6 months' experience as a yoga student (any style).

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by bus

There is a direct bus X2 (2 EUR) that will take you from the airport directly to St Julian's. The journey by bus takes around 40 minutes and you will enjoy some nice views of Malta on the way.

Arrival by taxi

You can catch a taxi from the airport to Sliema and the cost is around 20 EUR.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
