I signed up this retreat expecting physical transformation. I ended up leaving with transcendent well-being both physically and spiritually.
The resort is on a quiet area on the island with amazing facilities. As its name suggested, the sunset view was spectacular and can be enjoyed at multiple locations at the resort, the yoga shalas, the swimming pool, restaurant etc. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. As it was the low season in July, the resort is especially quiet and good as a retreat place.
Sewie, the Duty Manager of the resort, made excellent arrangements from my arrival to departure.
Every staff member of the resort I encountered was cheerful and polite. The chef checked on me frequently to make sure I was happy with the food which was all healthy yet so tasty!
Lucky for me I was the only one at the retreat, Elena, Jace and David, the facilitators of the yoga and meditation sessions, tailor-made the experiences for me. They were all nice and resourceful facilitators who provided wonderful guidance in my physical movements and spiritual well-being. This retreat, as well as the resort itself, is definitely not to be missed if you have already decided to treat yourself with a nice and rewarding retreat.
