Maggie is the host and a Pilates, yoga teacher, and wellbeing life coach. She loves visiting Tywyn to take some time out from her busy life and enjoy the slow pace and clean air. It is a far cry from the hectic world of running a busy school in central London.
Over her 23 years of yoga practice, Frankie has found many incredible teachers to work with, traditional and non-traditional, in India and the U.K. She continues to be influenced by the work of Vanda Scaravelli, somatic movement, and embodiment practices and is currently a student of body-mind centering with EmbodyMove UK. Teaching professionally for the last 13 years she is considered one of the U.K's senior yoga teachers. She is known for her 1:1 work in the post-natal field, with adults affected by autism and with performers rehabilitating from injury and surgery, amongst many others.
Katy qualified in Swedish Massage in 2003 and went on to study yoga, Indian head massage, and holistic facial work. She has traveled the world in search of the perfect massage and brings a depth of knowledge and a healing touch to her work. She has trained with some of the leading yoga teachers in the world including Doug Keller, Donna Farhi, Alexandra Pope, Gary Carter, Ruth Gilmore, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and Mukunda Stiles. She regularly practices meditation, dance, and yoga.
Jill became a certified life coach in 2013 and progressed to a strategic intervention or relationship coach in 2014 with Tony Robbins Certified. Her quest to continue ever-evolving life changes and coping mechanisms involved NLP and mindfulness. Her purpose in life to help others recognize they can powerfully break through so as to live an incredibly secure life they love.
