Each day begins with an 8:00 yoga class, which teaches you to breathe properly and prepares you for the sport element of diving. The first days diving will include a brief refresher of knowledge and skills if necessary. All dives are from the shore with an optional extra day on the boat if desired.
You will safely dive the most beautiful dive sites in Dahab including the famous Canyon and the Blue Hole. Dives are conducted in small groups with individualized attention given to each diver by the instructor in order to improve relaxation and buoyancy. Dives are planned according to the divers level and experience. Dive pace is generally slow and chilled out to best enjoy the exquisite beauty of the undersea life.
There is a yoga class every morning at 8:00 with one free day per week. During the week, guests are invited to join an optional desert dinner - meditate in a silence incomparable to any other. Watch for shooting stars in a sky with a million and have dinner cooked by local Bedouin in traditional style. People are so struck that they never want to leave.
We often have the opportunity to go on a mini safari to the Three Pools diving and snorkeling site, where we will practice our morning yoga session by the seashore. Afterwards you will be delighted by a Bedouin breakfast and you can then dive. The Three Pools is named due to the natural formation of coral pools, each connecting to the other.
The group also generally goes out for dinner together a couple of evenings in the week to one of Dahab's many restaurants. On your day off you can visit the famous Mount Moses and/or visit St. Katherines Monastery. You can also go snorkel at Ras Abu Galum, a small Bedouin village one hour north of Dahab up the coastline. Bedouins live there as they have done for centuries and it is still without electricity. There is wonderful snorkeling there and you can stay the night there hosted by Bedouin. There is still plenty of time for additional activities which include diving, snorkeling, camel or horse riding, desert dinner or meditation, trekking, mountaineering and wind or kite surfing.

The yoga diving courses take place at Reef 2000 Dive Centre located at the beautiful Bedouin Moon Hotel on the northern outskirts of Dahab - a haven of natural beauty on the idyllic Red Sea Coast.
The restaurant and pool bar are fully licensed and offer a mouth watering menu from a simple bar snack to a feast of dishes combining the best of International and Middle Eastern cuisine.
A full open buffet breakfast is served in the main restaurant where your eggs are prepared any way you choose and the chefs pancakes are limitless and a truly spectacular way to start your day.
The weekly Bedouin Moon pool barbeque is the best smell in Egypt and tastes even better than it smells. With an enormous selection of meats salads and dips it turns the heads of hungry meat eaters and veggies alike. The pool bar & restaurant sits at the base of the mountain and serve a selection of beers wines and spirits to the thirsty - it also has a full menu available.
Once a week we leave the pool bar & restaurant and head for the hills for a traditional Bedouin dinner in the mountains where the Bedouin cook freshly prepared food on an open fire under the moon and a million desert stars.
Activities in Dahab and excursions in and around Dahab include boat and camel safaris, quad bike riding and desert trekking. Diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, kite surfing and other water sports can all be arranged at Reef 2000 Dive Center next to the Bedouin Moon.
Excursions include trips to St Catherines monastery or Mount Sinai to watch an inspirational sunrise over the desert and mountains from the summit. Trips to the Colored Canyon, Wadi Gnai, the White Canyon or the Oasis of Ain Hudra can be arranged.
An over night trip to Cairo or a 2-day trip to Petra in Jordan will cross off a couple of the ancient wonders of the world from your list.

If you are looking for flights to Dahab you can fly direct to Sharm el Sheikh or Taba airport.
There are also buses available from the Sharm or Taba bus station to Dahab. You need to get a taxi to the bus station from the airport and though you may have to wait for a couple of hours, the trip is very affordable.
