Barbara has been teaching yoga for over thirty years. She has taught yoga to over a quarter of a million people over the years and trained many of London's now leading teachers. She teaches yoga and runs courses all over the world and to date has certified over three hundred yoga teachers. Born in Scotland, she began her yoga studies in London and from there went to the Sivananda Ashram in Val Morin Canada to study with Swami Vishnudevananda in the Sivananda style of teaching yoga.
Jane teaches Dynamic Yoga, a deep Hatha flow, allowing the movement to take you into a journey of self enquiry within your yoga posture practice. Jane has been practising yoga for 22 years & completed her training in September 2013, although she continues to train and practice with her teachers whenever possible. You can expect a safe and gentle approach to your practice within her teaching, with the experience of knowing how to take the body into a deeper level of consciousness during posture practice.

"The journey I needed"
I really apreciated the fact the yoga teachers took the time outside of class to discuss and were open to guiding those who wanted to go further or deeper in their practice and let those who only wanted to practice yoga to do so. I found that very respectufull and usefull.
