Sunny Brow Farm, Outgate, LA22 0PU, Cumbria, UK

Body and Soul Yoga Retreat UK

Yoga Medicine Samhain: The veil between the seen and unseen world is thin at Samhain. The dark nights are drawing in taking us deeper into our internal world. This yoga medicine retreat opens you to what you can gather from a deep and connective practice at this reflective time of year. A space to be with your own wisdom and the wisdom of the cycle of the year. The yoga medicine retreats are a blend of asana, pranayama and meditation inspired from the ancient texts of yoga, infused with empowering practices from shamanism, and inspiration from the pagan fire festivals to celebrate the seasons.

Join in at Samhain, celebrate this powerful time of year and how it can work for your journey.
