"We stayed for two nights in a beautiful Villa. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The private pool was relaxing and inviting. "

"We participated in the cooking class we had a lot of fun with the crew that put that on! "

"Highly recommend. Only downside (if you consider this a downside) is it's far from the main hub of Ubud. They provide rides into Ubud but you need to find ur own transportation back. "

"Suarti felt like our little oasis. It's close enough to the center of Ubud but it still feels very private and isolated in the good way. "

"We loved the room, very spacious, clean and pretty! The bathroom is almost massive! "

"The best part though are the employees. Everyone at Suarti is extremely friendly and attentive, they do anything to help. "

"I hope to be back soon."

"I literally cried when I saw my villa! The pictures absolutely match what you see in person. The property is full of beautiful colors from plants and flowers, the Staff is just as beautiful! They were very helpful, I needed an additional outlet converter, someone brought me a power strip! I had the awesome villa 205, which has a private pool. Everything exceeded my expectations, very clean and modern within a traditional setting. The main door to your villa requires an old fashion key to unlock the heart shaped locks. All of the sliding doors and your bathroom door will have a key. The bathroom-the tub, shower, faucet, etc are by toto. This property is directly next door to a temple so you will hear morning prayers and if there's a holiday, you may hear this ALL day long. "

"The hotel is within walking distance of shopping, food and some attractions like the monkey forest. They do have a shuttle that is available at certain times, which are listed at the front desk. This was my first stay in Ubud and would love to stay here again when I return."

"My partner and I stayed at Suarti for 5 nights last week and were very happy with our experience. This was our first time to Bali and we were very glad we chose to stay in Ubud."

"The villa was so much bigger than expected, we booked a 1 bedroom pool villa but were given a 2 bedroom pool villa (they just lock one bedroom). The outdoor area was very spacious and the pool was a good size. Very clean bedroom and bathroom."

"Our only suggestion would be to have more lounges to lie down outside as there were three sets of tables/chairs but only room for one person to lay down. Would have been nice to both be able to lie down outside (especially since this villa is really for 4 people)."

"The view was wonderful, and watching the sunrise over the rice fields from our bedroom or from the pool was the highlight of each morning. Being surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature made for a very relaxing atmosphere. We felt like we had the place to ourselves as you never heard any of the other guests."

"Restaurant was also great, we had the scoopon so ate there most mornings. Recommend the dragonfruit museli and mie goreng. We're both vegetarian and the staff were happy to amend any of the menu to suit."

"Staff were all very friendly and always smiling. They were more than happy to help us any way they could. Very kindly lent us adaptors when we realized we brought the wrong kind."

"There is a shuttle into town and walking back home was definitely doable, only took us around 15 minutes. As others have mentioned the footpath is uneven in some places but this is really no problem, just walk on the grass next to the road. Cars and motorbikes driving past are all very aware of pedestrians and we felt safe walking to and from the town, even at night. There's plenty of restarants and bars to stop at on the way to take a break from the heat."

"We've always wondered how people could say in reviews that they can't wait to return to the same hotel as we always like to try different places but we can't wait to come back again in the future. This villa was perfect for a couple wanting to explore the area but come home to a luxurious and genuine Balinese style retreat."

"We loved our stay at Suarti. It's a great location and we were able to walk to the monkey forest/temple (10 minute walk), to the main strip of bars and restaurants (7-10 minute walk) and the temple (an easy 20 minute walk it was very easy to find). We need to mention Mudiana who works on the front desk and seems to be everywhere! We somehow managed to end up with a hornets nest in our bathroom! He came straight away and removed it, apologising profusely! He was always happy to help giving us detailed directions to get to anywhere and when we overslept and missed breakfast by two hours he said "it's your honeymoon I want you to have the perfect stay!" And let us sit down for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend their perfect poached eggs! We had a one bedroom pool villa which had plenty of privacy which we loved. Very clean and well furnished rooms and bathroom. We had a lovely stay here!"

"Really nice place, not far from Ubud center (free shuttles available at 09:00-12:00-15:00-18:00, for other times taxis are very cheap). Staff very helpful, polite and always smiling. A la carte breakfast was good, dinner as well but expensive when compared to other places. Same thing for the massages. The villa with private pool was amazing and offered a lot of privacy. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet, even if a main (and noisy) road passes in front of the reception/bar/restaurant. We would highly recommend this place for a romantic stay around Ubud."

"We had a fantastic stay at Suarti boutique village, the staff are very helpful and brought our luggage to our room on arrival. The rooms are stunning, our own pool and large bathroom that was cleaned and replenished everyday. The food at the restaurant Kassava is beautiful and reasonably priced. The location is good for exploring, about 10 mins walk to the monkey forest etc and pass some great restaurants on the way, just be careful at night walking as it is dark and so proper pavement at some points. Definitely stay here again!"

"I understand that this resort is barely a year old, not too near the center of Ubud but once you are there, you are really in another world. We arrived late, around 10pm, we were welcomed with a very welcoming, thirst-quenching lemongrass drink, shown to our villas, which was more than superb! "

"Woke up to not only the beautiful private pool outside our villa but also the rice padi fields next to it. "

"Aircon for the rooms are very good and cold. Slept like a baby! "

"Breakfast does not have a cut-off time, after all we are on holiday! This hotel knows what it's like to be on holiday!! We can walk in to the cafe and order our breakfast any time! Their speciality is their Museli... topped with Pink Dragonfruit! Out of this world! "

"I will go back there again... even do nothing is good for the soul. "

"Not forgetting they have a beautiful pavilion facing the Padi Fields for Yoga too!"

"After Legian Beach, we were ready for relaxing in Ubud. We had booked a deluxe suite, but decided to upgrade to a 1 bedroom pool villa with private views of the rice paddy. So glad we did. What a beautiful, comfortable, romantic room. We stayed in for 2 days, only venturing out for breakfast, and ordering room service for dinner. It was such an amazing way to spend our 10 yr anniversary. The room itself was gorgeous and with plenty of space, we had a veranda (porch) where we spent lazy afternoons reading, napping, drying off from dips in the pool. The view of the rice paddy was incredible, we watched workers walk thru the field every morning and walk back in the evening. The privacy was well worth the upgrade as well. We felt like were were in our own little world. It really was paradise for us. We finally ventured out and took advantage of the classes offered at the resort. The Balinese offering class was great. My husband did better than I did! We were able to learn how to pray and my husband had the honor of give the offerings we made in the temple on the resort. The staff was very friendly, everyone one from the front desk, restaurant, security, to grounds keeper were always smiling and saying hello. I did not go to the 6am Yoga Class, but did take advantage of the yoga pavilion and did my own yoga stretching. What a nice area with a view of the rice paddy and so relaxing. We did take advantage of the shuttle the resort offers and were dropped off at the arts market. From there to the monkey forest and back to the resort were easy enough walks. The restaurant made healthy, amazing food that kept us happy and satiated. I became addicted to the watermelon juice and had it every morning for breakfast and as my dessert after dinner. So yummy. Breakfast was really, really, good. I loved the dragonfruit smoothie bowl (like an Acai bowl.) Suarti resort and staff will be hard to forget. Such a wonderful, serene, beautiful place with great memories for us."

They could not do enough for us. Our stay began with a surprise birthday cake and singing to my wife. The villa was beautiful and spacious with total privacy."

"I have just finished my stay for 1 night. I was staying in Deluxe Suite. I was greeted by the staff and the check in process was so quick. The welcome drink was so fresh as well. We were staying in Deluxe Room which private room and it feels like my second home. When I step the room, WOW, the room is bigger than I expected. The staffs was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with their warm smile. The main pool is also clean and has beautiful sight. We can also enjoy beautiful scenery of the rice-field near the pool. The location is nearby famous restaurants and shops. The breakfast so yummy. Definitely will be a place to stay again if I go to Ubud in the near future. It was really pure magic during staying in Suarti Ubud. Thank you guys. Great Job."

"This I believe is a relatively new property in Ubud and it shows. the location is excellent. The property in right next to rice fields which is very green. The cottages are very pretty."

"However, lot of small things are missing - A table in the room to keep baggage, Couple of chairs in the balcony to sit and enjoy a cuppa taking in the surrounding greenery. Towels stands in the bathroom etc. to highlight a few. The air conditioning is not enough - maybe a fan will help!"

"The pathway lighting especially in the nights is really bad. One could easily fall into the water if you are not careful. Certainly not handicap friendly! The food in the restaurant is quite expensive."

"The staff are really good and helpful. This property can go places if they paid attention to lot of small details."

"Overall the hotel is great. The property is brand new, with modern rooms. The pool is good, and the breakfast fantastic. The location is good, as its outside the main town meaning less traffic. They also offer a free shuttle buggy to the town."

"A few things I'd like to see improve:"

"-better wifi, specifically with iPhone "

"-enclosed bathrooms. While I appreciate them being "natural", they are somewhat enclosed meaning mosquito! Maybe put a fan in to keep the mosquitoes out. "

"Among all the positive things at Suarti, it's not so easy to start... Let's start with the absolutely friendly stuff around. We've been always feeling welcomed, warm and very much respected and appreciated by the people around. The next: the private villas. Beautiful, big private rooms with a very nice, modern style balinese interior. Comfortable bed, rainforest shower and bathtub, all very good. There are also other villas available with private pools. Next time, we'll definitely take that. The environment at the resort is another absolutely positive things: pure Nature. Even though the resort is next to the street, you can't hear the street at all. Everywhere green and water, which is floating and you can hear the sound of the water which is so relaxing. Just beautiful. Coming to the next positive thing: in their own restaurant, the Kassava Restaurant you get breakfast on a level that is even better than Hilton or Trader's Hotel. Also for dinner or lunch, you have to try this restaurant - no matter if you stay at Suarti or not. Result: The Suarti is opened now for around 2-3 months. They're so new, that not all people have yet heard of them, but I'm absolutely sure that will change soon bcs of their wonderful service, beautiful resort and extraordinary restaurant!"

"This is a new hotel located near to Ubud market. It's a 10 minutes drive and shuttle service is provided. I love its décor and felt very comfortable during my stay. The room was cozy and all bathroom amenities were provided. Prior to the trip, I emailed the team to prepare a birthday dinner and cake for my fiancé. The staff were very accommodating and successfully surprised my fiancé. We also took up the Purification and Fortune Telling activity. Our butler - Toto drove us to our destination in a comfortable 7-seater suv. Towels and sarong were provided. Toto was friendly and confident. He definitely knows and does his job well. We felt comfortable having him throughout the trip. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one! My fiancé loved the stay!"

"The first remarkable thing is how attentive and respectful the staff is to our needs. We have to check-in early as my son was not feeling well from the 9 hours flight. Although my villa was not ready yet the manager quickly gave us a temporary room to rest until our room was ready. The food in the restaurant is great and there is a shuttle service to take guest to downtown Ubud. Our stay was a very pleasant experience. The spa though can make some improvements in terms of pricing and service. However, over-all I will give this hotel a 5 star and I will surely recommend this place to my friends here in Guam and will definitely come back. Thank you Suarti."
