Luigi has always been into sports from a very young age. He decided to follow the oriental arts path and now, holds a master's degree in meditation and breathing exercises. He also has a passion for outdoor activities and extreme sports. He is an expert in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and positive approach and thinking. He leads seminars all over the world. He is co-founder and coach at Styleoga, where he is followed by clients on an intercontinental level.
Antonia is a P.H.D. in nutritional sciences and dietetics, naturopath, nutritional consultant, and life coach. After years of fitness aerobics and various sports at the tender age of 19, she becomes the assistant of the European body building champion Torrente. At 24, Antonia graduates begins her journey around the world, also cultivated her love and passion for yoga and fitness becoming co-founder of the Styleoga discipline. She has registered thousands of clients and seminars all around the world. As a life coach, she has followed people from all the five continents.

"Excellent Training and Italian Hospitality"
Luigi and Antonia were both knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and supportive. The course was intense and well planned. Lots of practical experience to build confidence. Their hospitality and kindness was above expectations. The food by chef Nadia was a delight. Included were a few visits to local areas. Forino is a typical traditional Italian village that offers peace away from the city. I enjoyed the course and look forward to taking my own classes. Thank you for your support and teachings!

"Wonderful Yoga Training in Italy!"
Antonia and Luigi are the most gracious and wonderful teachers and hosts! By limiting the group to a small amount of people, the focus was very one on one. Over the course of the week, the yoga teaching and training was very detailed and tailored to each student. The meditation training was something I needed more than I even knew! Allowing us to practice teaching together, helped to build our confidence day by day. Breaking up the days with morning and afternoon sessions allowed us to build stamina throughout the week. Mealtime was always a treat with delicious and healthy food prepared with local ingredients. I would highly recommend this training and look forward to begin teaching ASAP!

Je conserve de ma formation au côté d'Antonia professeur de yoga, une professionnelle formidable, surprenante, intelligente et surtout soucieuse pour que mon séjour se passe à merveille. Tous les jours, j'avais des plats variés, des plats fait maison, des croissants chauds le matin et tout ce qui me faisait plaisir en cuisine a été réalisé avec talent et gout. J'ai fait un merveilleux voyage gustatif et de fantastique rencontre ! Je Remercie également le talent de méditation de Luigi, ses conseils ont été précieux. Un homme tout comme Antonia qui ont tout fait pour que mon voyage soit inoubliable. Je rentre avec émotion et des souvenirs pleins le coeur. Je retournerais en séjour cette fois, car j'ai été véritablement gâté de richesse intérieure au côté de personne professionnelle et à coeur de rendre heureux ses hôtes. Ce qui est sûr, oui, j'y retournerais, car l'on a jamais fini d'apprendre au côté de pro du yoga...

"Great break to reset"
The hosts antonia and luigi were so kind and hospitable, they went out of their way to make sure I was having a good experience. You will see a lot of the surrounding area and they are so excited to show you around.
Antonia was very patient during yoga as I was used to a different flow style, it was amazing to have a one to one class.
Luigi just loved exploring and talking about the region, it was a great experience to have someone so passionate showing you around.

"Perfect in Every Way "

The retreat was the perfect mix of yoga, meditation, walks, cooking with the talented Nadia, delicious meals, quiet time, and history (at my request as a history teacher!) Every moment was thoughtfully and purposefully designed. The village of Forino is charming and quintessentially Italian. The yoga and meditation helped me get centered after a tough emotional year. "My first retreat"
I am a beginner at yoga only doing it at home with a video so was a little worried how I would do but Antonia was very patient and showed me a easier way to do positions and motions to suit my abilities. I never felt inadequate as it was always positive help. Luigi was also great with the walks and describing the history of the area. He also did the meditation which was very relaxing. I have a whole new view of yoga and meditation in a very positive way. Also the cooking classes where fun and well run and all hands on.

"A wonderful personalized retreat for my fitness"
The level of attention from Luigi and Antonia was amazing. They listened to what I wanted to accomplished and where I was on my health & fitness journey and accommodated my every wish. They personalized the 4 days I spent with them. My meals, yoga sessions, hiking and meditation. When there was free time, I was able to rest/read. Luigi took me on a tour to see things I was interested in such as truffles, ricotta di buffala and other local items. I can’t say enough about their kindness and generous hearts.

Both Antonia and Luigi were very thoughtful and paid a lot of attention to the detail. Goody bag and tissues came in very handy for my day trip to Pompeii.
Yoga was very relaxing and focussed more on my stretching and holding poses for a longer period which I preferred. Yoga room was nice and warm as the weather was rather cold.
Meals were perfectly portioned, good quality and fresh.

Both Antonia and Luigi were extremely well qualified and competent but also encouraging and supportive. They pushed just enough to stretch but did not over face you. They were extremely good company with very interesting conversation on a wide range of ideas and subjects. The food was delicious!

"Accept, adjust, accommodate "
The retreat coordinators were very warm and friendly, with loads of knowledge and experience in the areas of yoga and meditation. They made an emphasis on breathing in different ways, and positive mindset training.
The food was simple, but nourishing and tasty. Some surprises with mest, packaged goods, with thing a like gelato and pizza that we wouldn't have expected on a yoga retreat!
Overall, it was a good balance and enjoyed the portion control.
Luigi and Antonia are very welcoming and open to talk about life, health, yoga, travel and nutrition and make great hosts with their warm demeanour.

"A disappointing experience"
A nice valley in the moutains even though the village itself isn't really interesting.
It was really great that the hosts picked us up from the airport and to the port as we wanted.
Balanced meals adapted to our diet (vegetarian).
The cooking class with Nadia was really nice.
We did a lot of hikes and it was a good occasion to visit the mountains.

This yoga retreat was an amazing break to enjoy nature, yoga, meditation and food. The host made everything to make you feel confortable and activities are varied and well organized. I had a wonderful varied weekend with two wonderful people in Forino! Fine yoga, nice cooking lessons (thank you Nadia!) and food and beautiful hiking. Antonia adjusted the yoga very well to my level. Luigi is a great guide. Overall very relaxing, if you need a weekend away from the hassle, book this retreat. Luigi an Antonia are great hosts!

Een fijne week met lekker en gezond eten, tijd voor ontspanning en intensief met je lichaam bezig zijn. Zowel de trekkings als de yoga lessen en meditatiesessies in de natuur hebben me veel rust gegeven. Heel fijn om even niks te hoeven.
