Luigi Xuereb

Luigi has always been into sports from a very young age. He decided to follow the oriental arts path and now, holds a masters degree in meditation and breathing exercises. He also has a passion for outdoor activities and extreme sports. He is an expert in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and positive approach and thinking. He leads seminars all over the world. He is co-founder and coach at Styleoga, where he is followed by clients on an intercontinental level.

Antonia Califano

Antonia is a P.H.D. in nutritional sciences and dietetics, naturopath, nutritional consultant, and life coach. After years of fitness aerobics and various sports at the tender age of 19, she becomes the assistant of the European body building champion Torrente. At 24, Antonia graduates begins her journey around the world, also cultivated her love and passion for yoga and fitness becoming co-founder of the Styleoga discipline. She has registered thousands of clients and seminars all around the world. As a life coach, she has followed people from all the five continents.

    Antonia and Luigi are the most gracious and wonderful teachers and hosts! By limiting the group to a small amount of people, the focus was very one on one. Over the course of the week, the yoga teaching and training was very detailed and tailored to each student. The meditation training was something I needed more than I even knew! Allowing us to practice teaching together, helped to build our confidence day by day. Breaking up the days with morning and afternoon sessions allowed us to build stamina throughout the week. Mealtime was always a treat with delicious and healthy food prepared with local ingredients. I would highly recommend this training and look forward to begin teaching ASAP!

    Luigi and Antonia are great people and made me feel very welcome. They make sure that they do not take too many people at once on the teacher training so that they can provide personal attention and that was great!

    Both Antonia and Luigi were extremely well qualified and competent but also encouraging and supportive. They pushed just enough to stretch but did not over face you. They were extremely good company with very interesting conversation on a wide range of ideas and subjects. The food was delicious!

    I have struggled to find any constructive feedback. There was nothing we didn't enjoy.

    The 4 day course was a wonderfully relaxing and well organised break with a good balance of yoga, relaxation and activities. Antonia and Luigi are excellent hosts, guides and teachers and Nadia's cooking and lessons were great. A recommended long weekend away in Forino

    The retreat coordinators were very warm and friendly, with loads of knowledge and experience in the areas of yoga and meditation. They made an emphasis on breathing in different ways, and positive mindset training.

    The food was simple, but nourishing and tasty. Some surprises with mest, packaged goods, with thing a like gelato and pizza that we wouldn't have expected on a yoga retreat!

    Overall, it was a good balance and enjoyed the portion control.

    Luigi and Antonia are very welcoming and open to talk about life, health, yoga, travel and nutrition and make great hosts with their warm demeanour.

    The downfalls of the programme were around the accomodation provided due to the proximity to the busy main road (cars, people, music, dogs barking etc.) and not having a cooling system set up in the height of summer - which was rectified upon asking!

    The days were busy for the first few, but the last two days were a bit slower with not so much activity. Would have liked more meditation training, and to speak more about nutrition and how to apply it to our lives after the course, but Antonia has welcomed us to reach out with questions or concerns any time.

    The classes and outdoor activities were just the right balance between challenging and accessible. A well organised retreat, nothing was too much trouble, we were well looked after from beginning to end, highly recommended. Our hosts Luigi & Antonia made this an unforgettable experience for us with their kindness and helpfulness.

    The only small thing was the neighbouring chickens clucking and dogs barking at night which I kinda got used to by the end of the retreat...

    I had a wonderful varied weekend with two wonderful people in Forino! Fine yoga, nice cooking lessons (thank you Nadia!) and food and beautiful hiking. Antonia adjusted the yoga very well to my level. Luigi is a great guide. Overall very relaxing, if you need a weekend away from the hassle, book this retreat. Luigi an Antonia are great hosts!

    Die Gastfreundschaft von beiden Veranstaltern, der Yogakurs wie Privatkurs, die vielen angebotenen Aktivitäten, der familiäre Rahmen, die umgebende Natur und die Umgebung. So viel gelernt von Luigi und Antonia. Viel erlebt, trotzdem auch Zeit für sich selber. Es war auch sehr erholsam. Eine perfektion Kombination Yoga und Kochen! Applauso!

    Een fijne week met lekker en gezond eten, tijd voor ontspanning en intensief met je lichaam bezig zijn. Zowel de trekkings als de yoga lessen en meditatiesessies in de natuur hebben me veel rust gegeven. Heel fijn om even niks te hoeven.

    Ik had niet verwacht dat ik bij mensen thuis zou verblijven en de enige gast zou zijn. Dat was even wennen maar ik moet zeggen dat het eigenlijjk heel fijn was om niet met andere mensen bezig te hoeven zijn, en me alleen maar te laten verwennen :-)

      Thank you for a lovely experience in Italy. I have learnt so much about healthy eating and having a good positive attitude, the yoga lessons really brought flexibility to my legs and arms and the focus on the breath was amazing. Your kindness and patience are very inspiring and I have really enjoyed my stay with you. Going to see so many amazing places in my short stay was such a nice treat. My body feels lighter and with the control of food I do not feel bloated and full as I did before. I highly recommend a stay with Luigi and Antonia as you will feel relaxed, positive,fantastic and great in your mind, body and soul.

      I came to the lovely couple Luigi and Antonia for the 3 Days Yoga and Detox and can really say I am back on track now. I had much stress and was not treating myself kindly and properly. But the Yoga, trekking or walking, healthy, and delicious food, meditation, much sleep, and their coaching helped me a lot to get back my energy and to recognize how important it is to support my body and mind in a healthy way!
