"I just wanted to thank you for a fabulous weekend in Sussex. I thoroughly enjoyed everything, but Polly’s yoga and Ceri’s food made it super special! I am super fussy about my yoga, so it is always a bit of a risk trying out a new teacher, but Polly was amazing. Such a joy to find someone who knows what they are doing and can teach it really well. The food was superb, as I knew it would be! I have not eaten so well for a long time, says the nutritionist."

Ceri, our chef, was fabulous as well, and all in all it was just the perfect, relaxing weekend. Beds are soft and the yoga not too difficult."
