You will stay at the stunning Brantridge Park manor house, built in the 1850s and set amongst 90 acres of 'outstanding area of natural beauty' countryside - The Surrey Downs. You will share twin rooms with friends or fellow retreat guests and you'll be in groups of four, with an apartment with it's own lounge, kitchen and bathrooms (although we eat communally in the main house) each. If you would like some privacy, there is also the option to have your own room and ensuite bathroom. There are plenty of cosy communal spaces to curl up with a book, bath tubs galore for leisurely afternoon soaks and acres of land to explore on foot.

Our retreat yoga classes are suitable for all levels, offering modifications for those who want to challenge themselves or less demanding options for those new to yoga, or wanting to take it easy. The morning classes tend to be a dynamic 'Vinyasa Flow' style, with Hatha, Yin and Restorative classes in the evening. You will also have the opportunity to try an 'AcroYoga' inspired partner yoga workshop on the Saturday afternoon and a bedtime Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) guided meditation on Saturday night to help you snooze off to a long sleep. Yoga will be taught by Polly Mason, an incredibly inspiring and nurturing vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga teacher with an infectious enthusiasm for all things yoga and wellbeing. Yoga mats and props are provided, although you're welcome to bring your own.

Sally has been excellent at tailoring a wellbeing timetable for us over a 12-week period and keeping us fully informed of the logistics. Stretching the City teachers are very experienced and friendly, and our employees are always keen to know when we will be running more classes."

"I just wanted to thank you for a fabulous weekend in Sussex. I thoroughly enjoyed everything, but Polly’s yoga and Ceri’s food made it super special! I am super fussy about my yoga, so it is always a bit of a risk trying out a new teacher, but Polly was amazing. Such a joy to find someone who knows what they are doing and can teach it really well. The food was superb, as I knew it would be! I have not eaten so well for a long time, says the nutritionist."
