Itinerary (subject to change depending on weather and group preferences)

Monday, 8th June 2020

Arrival from 4 p.m.

From 6 p.m. to 7.15 p.m., you will have "proprioception and interception yoga flow" with Corrie. When you close your eyes, what do you feel inside? Are you aware of what your body and mind need right now? Can you tell where your body is in space and how the movements it creates interaction with the elements surrounding you? Are you able to follow purely your intuition or do you get caught up in what you think you should be doing?

Through a Vinyasa flow, mindfulness meditation, and talking workshop you will look at how you connect your external and internal worlds, the sensory input you receive and how you can attune more deeply with every part of the human experience to live, breathe, and move more harmoniously.

Dinner will be at 7:45 p.m.

Tuesday, 9th June 2020

From 8 a.m. to 9:15 a.m., you will have "betwixt and between yoga flow " with Corrie. Yoga is a practice that often feels defined by reaching somewhere; the next pose, more strength, more length, a higher state of consciousness, enlightenment. However, you often hear yogis talking about making the most of the journey, being in the moment, letting go of attachments.

How do you balance these conflicting ideas and learn to walk the middle path? Liminality is the concept of neither here nor there, betwixt and between, balancing on the threshold, releasing identities and being comfortable with transitionary times. Yoga flow, meditation, breathing, a fully embodied morning session.

Brunch is at 10:00 a.m. followed by a talk on "food as a tool for mindful living" with Sal. Sal wants to share her approach to having a joyful and positive relationship with food, and the ways that this can be built upon to incorporate spiritual practices more into day to day life, to build a joyful and positive relationship with yourself.

She's not here to offer nutritional science or preach diets. She's here to bring a new angle to self-care, and share what she has learned about the importance of food in spirituality, and wellbeing far beyond the physical. This welcome talk will focus on aspects of cooking and eating for pleasure that will carry through the cookery workshops, excursions and shared meals, all complemented by daily yoga and meditation.

You will be exploring how to identify and work with externally driven subconscious and limiting beliefs around food, diet, and weight. Accessing your emotional and intuitive connection to what you eat. Learning about self-care and practical spirituality in day to day life both with food and beyond. You will then have free time to explore the local scenery and beaches or make use of the facilities at the farm like the hot tubs and tennis court!

From 6 p.m. to 7.15 p.m., you will have "slow and juicy yoga flow" with Corrie. Let your tension melt away, release your jaw, drop your shoulders, feel your belly soft and safe, breathe with expansive freedom and enjoy an evening of vinyasa flow movement that’s slow, deep and designed to help you float off into a dreamy extended relaxation session.

Dinner will be at 7:45 p.m.

Wednesday, 10th June 2020

From 8 a.m. to 9. a.m. Corrie will lead a session about starting your day with intention and self-love focusing on how meditation and morning routine can help. Each morning is a fresh start, a chance to take steps towards becoming who you truly feel you are whilst embracing where you’re at with that journey right now. Committing to a regular morning routine can be incredibly transformative-what could be more magical than starting every single day focusing purely on yourself? The quiet hours as the sun rises have a unique quality, what will you discover when you dedicate some time, every morning on growing, loving and accepting yourself?

Breakfast at 9.15 a.m.

From 10.30 a.m. you will take an excursion to the stunning Harewood Farm the first of two visits to this incredible and magical place!

The trip is to a local biodynamic farm set in a beautiful 25-acre smallholding on the banks of the River Tamar. Your first visit will focus on mindfulness and connection to nature. At 11.30 a.m. there will be a class on the outdoor yoga deck, followed by some free time for you to explore.

Lunch will be at 2 p.m. at the farm followed by an opportunity for your own personal mindfulness practices. You will have gardening/harvesting in the polytunnel, books and journaling, and the entire farm for your exploration! You will then return to Lower Marsh Farm where you can relax in the hot tub whilst Sal makes dinner!

Dinner will be at 8 p.m.

Thursday, 11th June 2020

Breakfast at 8.30 a.m.

From 10 a.m., take your second excursion to Harewood Farm for a ‘field to fork’ day.

Weather permitting there should be time to explore and have a guided walk with Jo to show you the wild bounty and beauty of her farm

From 6.30 p.m. to 7.15 p.m. you will have self-love and acceptance yoga flow with Corrie. This is an empowering practice that is themed around making peace with your body, figuring out where your natural strengths lie and encouraging yourself to walk down a path with your yoga practice that brings you joy. Carve out your own way, have space and freedom to explore ways to express movement that suit your unique shape.

Dinner will be at 8 p.m.

Friday, 12th June 2020

From 8.30 a.m. to 9.45 a.m., you will have strength from within the yoga flow session with Corrie. Having practiced yoga for 20 years, Corrie has learned that most of the poses she has added to her repertoire are there because she overcame mental obstacles, not physical ones.

Your body is so much more capable than you allow it to be, but how do you unlock that untapped potential? Let Corrie guide you through a morning Vinyasa flow practice filled with tips to harness the strength of your mind to enable the strength of your body.

After your yoga session, you will have brunch at 10.30 a.m. followed by free time (lunch self-catering this day). If the group prefers, you can lead a trip to Polperro (a lovely nearby town) for some local colour and food!

Dinner will be at 7 p.m.
