Day 1 - Sunday, June 16

Explore the amazing adaptability of the feet and ankles, how they form the foundation of all your upright movements and posture, their pivotal role in deep core stabilization and how they play a vital part in efficient breathing. A mixture of anatomy, palpation, and movement.

Day 2 - Monday, June 17

A Vinyasa flow practice based on quality of movement, rather than chasing poses, you will suspend the moments in between

  • 17:30 - 19:30 Fluid pelvis workshop

The most talked about and least understood part of the yogis body. You will unpick common yoga myths surrounding pelvic placement, look at how it interacts with the spine, ribs and legs and gain a deeper understanding of the muscles and other soft tissues of the lumbo-pelvic-hip complex. A mixture of anatomy, palpation, and movement.

Day 3 - Tuesday, June 18

Find physical and mental balance in this Vinyasa flow and yoga Nidra practice, playing with balance and release.

  • 17:30 - 19:30 Fanning ribs workshop

When to draw the ribs in and when to let them flare out? How can you learn to breathe into all lobes of the lungs, all quadrants of the ribs? How does this area affect your neck and shoulder alignment? Can this area be one of the keys to finding better mental health? Drop into your abdominal muscles and learn to breathe again. A mixture of anatomy, palpation, and movement

Day 4 - Wednesday, June 19

A Yin and Yang Vinyasa practice, inspired by mandala yoga, fusing effort and ease, safely opening and strengthening.

  • 17:30 - 19:30 Buoyant tissues workshop

Tying together everything learnt so far, you will fully embody the ideas in a physical, experiential workshop, melting together yoga asana, pilates, primal movements, and dance inspired patterns. Inquire into your habitual body preferences and see if you can tap into the freedom of going with instead of against your natural paths.

Things to do (optional)

Stretch Breathe Smile will both have a limited number of slots available for 1:1 sessions, which must be bought before you arrive, at the very reduced rate of 40 GBP an hour. They can work on anything you wish during this time, their skill set including cooking, yoga, pilates, personal training, meditation, yoga Nidra, and yoga teacher mentoring.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
