It is powerful and liberating to find something that can enhance and change your lifestyle, and on another unexpected level, make you re-evaluate your entire career. Yoga wasn’t something Izzie was initially drawn to, for reasons such as assuming, she was not flexible or spiritual enough to fully commit. Through the practice of yoga, she was able to know her mind and body a little better. Izzie’s awareness was increased, she could identify when anxiety was about to take hold, and in that flight moment, she resists and stays calm. As with any journey, it is not yet perfected, it's a constant practice.
Corrie has dedicated her life to help both herself and her clients find complete peace of mind and a body as free from pain and illness as possible.After an exciting but exhausting career, singing and dancing in musicals in the West End and beyond, her body and spirit were broken and she left the stage to spend the past ten years teaching yoga, pilates, PT, meditation, nutrition, and massage. Now, her life is full, calm, and rewarding and she would like to offer you the opportunity to find the same. She teaches yoga, pilates, meditation, PT, nutrition, anatomy, and physiology.

"The perfect retreat "
I loved the whole experience. Corrie was welcoming and kind. She made me feel at ease. The yoga sessions were not too hard and not too easy, she is a wonderful teacher. They were followed by relaxation techniques and meditation that I can use for future use. Sal the chef made the most incredible food, I have come away truly inspired with a zest for eating well and being healthy. The dogs were just an amazing bonus and such a great idea!
