We are guests of Manono Beamer at Hooli Farm, a Hawaiian-owned farm with warm aloha hospitality on the remote South Kona coast. The farm is nestled in a scenic natural environment between the Kipahoehoe National Area Reserve and the great Kau Forest Reserve, near the western coast of Big Island, at the cool and temperate altitude of 2000 with ocean view. Hooli offers 2 bedrooms for one or two persons, a loft that can be shared with up to 4 people, and a spacious living room for gathering and sharing.

In addition to swimming and snorkeling with colorful fish and sea turtles, you are offered a choice of hikes and excursions: To famous Green Sands Beach, a beach made up of the semi-precious stone Olivine; Volcanoes National Park, the home of Fire Goddess Pele and the active volcano Kilauea; to the enchanted valley of Pololu, to the top of Mauna Kea, earths highest mountain (measured from the ocean floor) and home of Snow Goddess Poliahu, or a trip out to the whales and dolphins with a local dolphin boat. You may also hike the historical trails from a pre-contact time when the Hawaiian islands were unknown to the western world.
And best of all, experience the calm and quiet and power of this wonderful island, allow healing of body and soul.
You can observe dolphins and whales on an almost daily basis from shore. Plus you will learn about Hawaiian healing plants as well as Hawaiian mythology, get an introduction to hula dance and get to meet and Talk Story with some wonderful locals. And because you will be with a very small group of maximum 6 persons, you will get all the attention to detail you needand there is always room for special requests.
Stefan is German, living in Switzerland and the founder and owner of Stress-Auszeit. He is a yoga and meditation teacher, health coach and ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle consultant. His passion is deep immersion in yoga, a connection with nature and joy in the little things of everyday life. He speaks German and English.
Patricia knows the island and its culture well from having lived on island for about two years between 2009 to 2012 and from her years of practice of hula and lomilomi massage. She is one of those people that arrive on island and immediately feel truly at home. In addition to her love for Hawaiian culture, she is also an NVC trainer, adult educator and mother of two grown sons. She is Swiss-Italian by birth and has lived and raised her family partly in the US and in Switzerland. She speaks English, German, Swiss, Italian, some French and has some knowledge of Hawaiian.
This retreat will take place in South Kona District of Big Island, Hawaii.

Included are daily breakfast, snacks, plus meals cooked at the farm. Food will be vegetarian / vegan, as much as possible local, with fruit and vegetables grown on the farm. We prepare our own breakfast and lunch and also the dinners we eat at the farm. When on the farm, we will cook together, Ohana style, (which means family in Hawaiian). Please let Stress-Auszeit know of any dietary restrictions you may have, so it can be planned accordingly.

Fly to Kona Keahole International Airport (KOA) in North Kona district on the west coast of Hawaii Island. Some carriers offer direct flights from the mainland to KOA, or as an option you will change planes in Honolulu, Oahu. The flight to KOA takes about 35-40 Minutes. Stress-Auszeit is happy to organize airport transfer from Kona International Airport.
