We are guests of Manono Beamer at Hooli Farm, a Hawaiian-owned farm with warm aloha hospitality on the remote South Kona coast. The farm is nestled in a scenic natural environment between the Kipahoehoe National Area Reserve and the great Kau Forest Reserve, near the western coast of Big Island, at the cool and temperate altitude of 2000 with ocean view. Hooli offers 2 bedrooms for one or two persons, a loft that can be shared with up to 4 people, and a spacious living room for gathering and sharing.

Responsible and green tourism is important to us, which is one of the reasons we decided on Hooli Farm for our stay.

Hooli also offers a Jacuzzi and a woodstove for cooler evenings.

From February 15-25, 2016, you will be able to connect deeply with Hawaiian culture and lifestyle. You learn about the Paul Pearsall Pleasure Prescription for a more relaxed and pleasurable lifestyle, according to the Aloha-Acronyms and customized yoga classes that pick up these values plus your choice of activities like hikes, excursions, hula, or snorkeling.

You will practice your daily yoga in accordance with one of the ALOHA-acronyms:

Ahonui - patience

Lokahi - unity

Oluolu - agreeability

Haahaa - humbleness

Akahai - kindness

Besides learning about their deeper meaning, you will transfer these terms into your daily yoga practice and meditation, and so work to balance your Delight Deficiency Syndrome. You discover your own Seventh Sense for the healthy pleasure that leads to a longer, healthier and happier life.
